Tameka was very helpful and friendly. She deserves a promotion. She is very customer service oriented.

Rooms were pleasant, clean and adequately decorated. The location is okay. Not much around that area.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with different types of pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful with needed directions and welcomed us when we arrived around midnight. We chose a package that included breakfast. It was a breakfast buffet with both hot and cold choices - all good. The same on the outside would have cost much more. We self-parked the car in the garage for which there is a fee, just like at every other hotel in the area. The pool and spa looked great but we didn't have a chance to use them. My husband liked the strong spray setting on the shower head. The room also contained a microwave and refrigerator along with a coffee maker. The only negatives were a small, but adequate, bathroom and a problem with the WIFI. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The only complaint I have is they advertised a heated pool and it wasn't, we lucked out and stayed there when it was 90 degrees so it didn't matter, there wasn't alot of people at the pool which was great, always got a good spot and they had alot of clean towels, and a hot tub which was very hot. The room was very nice and the bed was fabulous, the best sleep I ever had on vacation and my husband who has a bad back agreed. You could walk down the street to eat, a fair amount of choices, and walk to Rodeo Drive, other than that you had to take a taxi everywhere else. I thought the hotel staff was exceptionally nice for a hotel and did their best to make us happy, they gave us a discount because we complained about the pool not being heated, and every hotel you stay at in Ca., you have to pay for parking so that was not a big deal. I would not hesitate to stay there again. They did have nice big alarm clock radios too, if you didn't want to call for a wake-up call & hair dryers, coffee pots & internet hook-up in the rooms

The hotel, staff, and service were very good. We loved the location, as we were within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shopping and Rodeo Drive! The ammenities were great, but our room and bathroom were rather small. To open and close the bathroom door, we needed to move the night stand. Great comfortable bed and good shower, though.

Can't believe the reviews I have just read. I loved my stay there. Before we left Australia we were told that people were not that friendly in LA but found the complete opposite. As soon as we arrived the front desk were just lovely and very helpful. The room was extra clean and the bed was the most comfortable we had in all our stay in America. Wanted to bring it home with us. If ever I get over there again will stay at the Crowne Plaza again.

Only stayed overnight. Did not have much time to enjoy the hotel- checked-in at midnight and checked-out at 9 am. Could have lowered parking fees.

We could yell and scream and no one heard us. So it's quiet. The service was terribly unaccommodating. I will never return.

Reserved King Non-smoking, was given a double smoking, took an hour to be moved to another double non-smoking. Other guests entered my room at night with keys. two-egg breakfast cold, toast was missing?called for toast was given 2 slices of plain bread straight out of the bag not toasted. Can hear people walking on the floor above and in the adjacent rooms. Hotel smelled. Horrible customer service. Worst hotel stay ever. Front desk did nothing to make ammends for all their mistakes and sending people into my room at night when I was in bed!

This was my first time in Los Angeles and staying at a hotel was critical. The location was perfect, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the attendants were always friendly and glad to be of service. Also, after I checked out of my room, the hotel graciously acquiesced to hold my luggage for a while. This gave me extra time to make arrangements with my hosts elsewhere. It meant a great deal to me that they were willing and able to accommodate my needs. I don't know how I could have managed otherwise. All in all, it was a truly wonderful experience at the hotel.

I liked the fact that they provided a sleep aid kit in the room with and eye mask, linen spray and ear plugs. My bed spread was a little dirty upon check in and I could not get the air regulated. Overall this hotel was in a great location, close to everything you would want to do in the Beverly Hills/Hollywood area.

First I would like to point out that I am a person that never complains. I also smoke and had requesed a smoking room. The room still had the smoke from the people before and had not been vented out. They charged for parking, I am sorry but if I am staying at your hotel I expect to park for free at the prices I am paying, I do not expect to be nickel and dime to death. The staff was o.k., but not this is not service I was expecting in Beverly Hills. Down line somewhere else!

We stayed this hotel at very affordable price, although it is located in Beverly Hills. We got to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Center by car within 10 minutes.

Great location, very friendly staff. Some parts of the hotel are a little 'long in the tooth, small bathrooms.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, but on check-in we had a hard time understanding the man at the front desk (plus he was in training by himself). The valet was much more helpful as well as the bellman. They did make us feel welcomed. Besides the mixup on the front desk, I would stay their again.

My family went to visit UCLA. Hotel was only 10 min away. Design of hotel and decor was nice. We went in April so the pool was not heated. Also prepare to pay for parking. Restaurants and shopping right down the street.

This was a nice hotel located about 20 min walk from the main Beverly Hills shopping district. There were plenty of nice places to eat within an easy walk of the hotel, most being on the same side of the street so no need to cross, we tried Jacopos for pizza/pasta and Island diner for great nachos. All but one of the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpfull and were very accomodating allowing us to check in at 9.30am. The room was spacious and comfortable and it had a decent sized bathroom. It is a bit of a distance to Hollywood, Universal etc but they have a town car service or taxis across the street making transport no issue. To give an idea we paid about $100 US (set price) to Universal as a round trip in the town car, you could do it cheaper by public transport but it would take a lot longer plus it was nice to arrive in a bit of style and comfort.
