they didnt have converter box for wireless internet and didn't seem to care. They dedited my card after orbitz did and didn't return my call so I had to get my bank to do an investigation.

Stayed with family for mini spring break. The hotel was located near just about everything. Staff couldn't of been more helpful with any of our needs. The restaurant food was good and plentiful. All in all we enjoyed the stay very much. The only down side was the pool area was a little small. Definately would stay there again if we were visiting the area.

I had to go to Fort Myers for a meeting and found myself at the Crowne Plaza Fort Myers. I've stayed at CP's before and thought my stay there would be just fine. Well I have to say it was more than fine, it was great. Even though the restaurant is under going renovations they still were able to deliver great service with good food. The staff at the desk did everthing possible to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I can't say enough about them, except I'll be back.

This was a late booking due to last minute decision to attend a family wedding. It was a four night stay. The hotel was real clean. As expected, since from what I understand, this is were MLB team stays during spring training. The Pool was refreshing, nothing extravagant, but well maintained with lots of tropical vegetation. We spent a couple of days at the pool. Fresh towels and cold water bottles provided. There was a Florida Fire Department event happenning the same weekend, so we stayed away from the facilities since it got kinda crowded. The room was very clean, a little on the small side. We had a King with a sofa bed. My mother-in-law went with us and stayed in the same room. Not large enough for 3 adults and a 1 year old. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The bed was nice, soft and plenty of pillows. It reeked of smoke in the hallway and the bathroom and carpet was gross. I was expecting a lot better. The lobby, restaurant, and pool area was nice, but the rooms need some work.

Location is central and staff were very nice. Rooms are very small. Only three drawers of storage in the room. Bathroom was very tired and in need of a restoration or at least new paint, caulk/grout and shower curtain (which was too small). Very loud Christmas music was playing in the lobby and near elevators all the time which I found annoying. Toilet paper was the cheapest I've ever found at a hotel chain. No hot tub.

I was traveling alone,and found this motel to be safe,secure and in great location,close to upscale shopping and variety of resturants. Employees were friendly,efficient and professional. Room was very clean as was bedding. Very quiet,rooms well insulated. coffee maker and fridge in room.Room service was quick and worth the short wait.

The room was spacious, spotless and smelled good. The view of the pool with the beautiful Bird of Paradise flowers outside my window was fantastic. The hotel is "green" and recycles, saves water and the like. Overall great experience.

Nice room and television. Walls were pretty thin and you could hear noise from other rooms. Room was very nice but walls were thin and you could hear the television and other noises from adjacent rooms. They provide earplugs.

The Crowne Plaza is situated very nicely near an upscale shopping center which includes a movie theater. The rooms are comfortable and extremely clean, and the pool is very attractive with its stone waterfall.I do wish, however, the attached restaurant were NOT a sports bar, which is very noisy, but a decent restaurant. I mistakenly left personal items in the room, contacted housekeeping who found them right away and are sending them back to me (using my credit card, of course). I was happy with the courteous service.

Check in was a breeze. Room was very clean and confortable. Hotel was situated in excellent proximity to a shopping mall and many good restaurants. The pool was beautiful; unfortunately, the weather did not permit us to use it.

This was my first trip to Fort Myers and my first stay at a Crowne Plaza hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities at the hotel. The pool was clean and comfortable, they are one of the only hotels in the area with a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was very friendly and even offered us a cold bottle of water when we got off the plane. The staff was all very friendly including the ladies working at the breakfast bar in the mornings. The only drawback is I wish there were another restaurant attached to the hotel. But it is within walking distance of some other good restaurants. All in all, I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Fort Myers.

The hotel has a great frontdesk service that responds to all my needs. The rooms are clean and the beds are plush with comfortable bedding and pillows. The heat/air control is easy to handle. The maid service is very responsive and the room is thoroughly kept. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to good restaurants and shops. The hotel staff is courteous and friendly.

This hotel was a value. The staff were nice. The pool was really nice for this area. The rooms were comfortable and clean but seemed like the bathrooms need to be refurbished. The only down side is that the location is quiet noisy especially on the parking lot side. The buses go by and stop every 15 min making it noisy. We encounted a leaking airconditioner and very soggy room. The problem was immediately addressed and we were moved. The staff helped us move and couldn't have been nicer. Don't bother with the breakfast buffet- it was not very good and very pricey! WE were there during Tropical Storm Fay and felt very safe and cared for. There were no power outages.

Excellent location near shopping and restaurants. Not as upscale as expected. This Crowne Plaza was formerly a Holiday Inn. The interior rooms looked high quality. The building itself was not designed as an upscale Crowne Plaza. It was nice.

Staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Fort Myers was comfortable. Room was not spacious enough but hotel staff were helpful, swimming pool was new & clean, and location was great. Room charge seems to be quite reasonable uder those conditions in the area of Fort Myers.

The central location in town is excellent and there are movie theaters and restaurants in walking distance. Since this was formally a Holiday Inn one can still tell that it is still a holiday inn with a couple of improvements. The location of this hotel is excellent and is probably better quality than most hotels in town in Fort Myers however; there are some improvements that could be made. The bathrooms are still Holiday Inn bathrooms. The refrigerator in the room is a nice touch and the beds were very comfortable.
