Date of Stay: October, 2008

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Auburn Hills is in a great location for staying at if you are attending an even at the Palace of Auburn Hills. It is only about two miles or so away with convenient tram service from the hotel to the Palace and back to the hotel. I also like the fact that the pool area was open 24hrs. for adults. The only complaint I have was the noise level from room to room was a bit high.

Location and proximity to shopping. Bathroom shower was dingy. Nice place and convenient access to I-75.

We were very disturbed at the passive attitudes of the hotel staff. We ate at the restaurant where we were not immediately seated, although no one was there. We waited 20 minutes for a server to even come to our table. Another waitress finally asked if she could help us since ours had not. The food arrived and we never saw the waitress again. No refills, cold fries, and we were still hungry. We asked for the bill. After we flagged down the waitress, she brought us a bill and then disappeared. We didn't have a pen to sign the credit card. Another male waiter saw how we were treated and asked if we wanted to speak to the manager. The manager told us that there was nothing he could do. The next day, the maid came to our room at about 10:00 a.m. We asked her to come back. We left the room around noon. When we came back at 5:00 p.m., the room was still dirty. I reported this to the front desk. The lady told me there was nothing she could do, housekeeping had gone home. I demanded that she clean the room. It was later cleaned. I will not stay here ever again.

i liked the pool it was really warm and the beds were so comfy. Nothing. I really enjoyed the hotel every thing was great near by shopping and eats nice room and beds very friendly.

The bed was comfy. The restaurant service washorrible, and also the buffet was not up to standards on Sunday morning. The coffee pot was in the bathroom. Not good. Could not get service in the restaurant, multiple occasions, 10 minutes to get a beer, we didn't even eat, we didn't want to wait anymore, left and went somewhere else. No breakfast and the buffet is overpriced for the quality.

It was so easy to find and the staff was very helpful! Their shuttle bus they offer didn't run on weekends. The hotel and staff were great! When we missed the last shuttle of the night to take us to the Pistons game, the staff offered different ways for us to get there without having to drive ourselves.

Friendly staff and clean. No continental breakfast. Very nice hotel. It was a pleasant and quiet stay. The pool was perfect. I continental breakfast would've been appreciated.

I like the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The toilet ran, the sink was clogged, phone didn't work, and TV had problems. The rooms are generally clean and they do have new LCD TV's with a great picture. Ours had a problem turning on for some reason. For this stay, our room also had a toilet which ran non-stop, a clogged sink, and a non-working telephone. I left a note in the room alerting the staff to these issues. Each was a minor annoyance but lumped together made for an unusually marred stay at the Crowne Plaza of Auburn Hills. As usual, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, friendly and great location. Nothing. It was a great stay with very nice accommodations and a clean room. Staff was exceptionally nice. Pool area was wonderful. Had a great time. Close to the Palace of Auburn Hills and the Silverdome.

CLEAN! Pool/Jacuzzi area wasexceptional. I spent the weekend with my mom shopping in the area, this hotel was convenient, very clean, staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Our beds were comfortable, love the HD TVs! Pool/jacuzzi were fantastic! I would definitely stay again. Great hotel for the money!

The beds & pillows were incredably comfortable & soft. We loved it!! The pool was warm, just the way we like it. A very nice hotel at a very affordable price. The pool was warm, which was good because we hate cold pools. And best of all were the beds. The pillows and and whole bed were so soft and comfortable. Made us just want to fall asleep.

It was very clean and although our stay was short, we felt comfortable and free to ask for help if we needed it. The room was smaller than I expected, but the comfort and amenities made up for what it lacked in size. I would indeed recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a nice place to stay. It was quiet and freindly. We had a great stay!

Location, quality, clean, nice. It was a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant was pricy and the food was not that great. One disappointment was that there was nothing around the hotel for us 25 year olds to do after the concert. Hotel bar/restaurant closed early and than there was nothing else for us to do.

The hotel decor was stylish, the room felt crisp, clean. The room would be small for an extended stay, but was fine for one night. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean; bed was comfortable. The decor of the room added to the feel of cleanliness. On the down side, the room was on the small side. That was fine for us staying one night, but if you were staying for longer it would probably feel cramped. (We had a room with one king size bed). A very good restaurant across the street, Mountain Jack's and shopping mall 5 miles away. That made it a good location.

It was a very clean hotel in a safe area. It did not had breakfast included. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. I wouldn't say that my room was a romantic room but it satisfied what I was looking for.

Good location, friendly informed staff. Was not specific about reasons why they recommeded restaurants. Room was very nice and in a good location to the arenas in the area. Staff recomended shuttles to the Palace and they were very helpful. There was some construction outside the lobby.
