After doing a back to basic safari it was a great feeling having a good night sleep. Nothing to mention. Great hotel.

Room was not very clean or well serviced

Pool was being upgraded when we visited, but overall is was what would be expected of Crowne Plaza.

the hotel is aging and that is obvious. It is comfortable. Dining options are severely limited. It is out of the town and the walk is over 20 min and a very dark walk at night. Taxis are somewhat available but tremendously expensive

For the rating and cost, this hotel needs a re-fit. It is looking worn. THE major advantage is the Hannuman's restaurant, the best in Alice, and competitive anywhere - but you need to book in advance.
