Date of Stay: September, 2009

I stayed here for the Labor Day weekend. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The view from our room was disappointing and there was refuse from previous visits on the balcony. The valet staff was on their game and took care of us well. The room was very nice, but the beds mediocre. The noise level was ridiculous however. Many times during the night people would be singing or stomping up the stairs which were located next to our room.

The front desk staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit small and the TV channel choices were limited. It is clean, and definitely worth the money. The staff was courteous and helpful. It was confidently located near all accessible highways.

Room size was nice. The bathroom was little cramped. The hotel was really nice and the price was great. The location to the Congress center was perfect for us and the restaurant was really nice.

Recently stayed here as part of a large group. It's the biggest hotel out near the airport. Some renovated rooms are very nice. Other people in the group liked these rooms alot. Great location because there are lots of bars and restuarants around for night life. Went to the Keg for a brew. Great crowd. Drove here. Just off the main highways. Nice staff.I'd go back.

Convenient to ice rink where prospects tournament was held. Bathroom was a little tight! Nice hotel, and accommodations. Pleasant staff. Conveniently located to where we had to be (ice rink!).

The hotel was ok. It takes a 30 minute bus ride then a 20 minute trip on the subway to get anywhere. It's next to the airport so there is constant noise of landing planes

Clean and well maintained. Number of restaurants nearby. Proximity to airport and noise from planes. Excellent for someone wishing to be near airport and willing to accept noise from takeoffs and landings.

I liked my stay there. I think it's very much geared toward the business person. The bathrooms could be improved on(i.e. worn tubs) and the staff. I found that some where very friendly and others seemed over worked?.? Over all I liked the location and I enjoyed the restuarant there. Average on cleaniness.

Extremely clean and well kept. Doormen never once greeted me even though I passed them several times. The rooms were on the smaller side, but exceptionally clean and well maintained. In fact, the entire hotel was well taken care of. The bed was alright, not as nice as Sheraton or Westin but the sleep kit was a great touch. The only complaint was that the staff while not unfriendly, could have been much friendlier. The desk staff were nice, but in a very superficial way that seemed forced. They also lectured me about room choice being "assigned" when I asked for a non-smoking room because I booked through a third party. I have booked many hotels on Priceline and this is the first time a front desk staff has ever brought it up, although he did switch me to a non-smoking room any way.Last point I'll make is that the doormen are stand a couple of feet inside the door. I walked by them about 20 times in teh course of the two days I was there and not once was greeted with a smile or hello, it was almost bizarre. It is easier to explain the negatives, but overall I would recommend this hotel and I myself would return as the staffing issues were just annoyances, overall the hotel was well run.

We were really pleased to get a hotel so close to the airport with shuttle service included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great place for an overnight before an early flight the next morning.

"I stayed six nights and five days. Checking in was very easy and also I got really nice room. If you know your way around in Toronto, the hotel is located a good location easy access and top of that it has free shuttle from the airport. The parking! the hotel charges $10 a night. "

Clean, conveniently located to the airport with a free shuttle service. Rooms were not very big. Excellent value for price. Shuttle service to the airport runs every 30 minutes which is very convenient.

"Overall a reasonable hotel near the airport. Older and sometimes shows its age. Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel very close to bus stop, from which one can get to the subway and then to downtown (about CAN $2.75). Taxi to downtown was about CAN $40.00. Overall a resonable hotel for the price."
