Lots of Mildew in my room that caused an immediate asthma attack. The front desk gave me a different room that was only slightly better. Pubic hair still in shower. Bed and sheets are nice. Air-conditioning is very loud. I have stayed in many 2 star hotels that are better than this. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Their wakeup service is unacceptable, they failed to give us a 230am wakeup call causing us to miss our flight costing us $280 in fees with the airline in order to get on another flight. They offer no compinsation, Brian at the desk was extremly rude and would not provide the Corp office number or his bosses contact infomation, not to mention he hung up on me when I called the desk. Other than this the Hotel is nice.

The hotel continues to offer a clean, safe and consistent place to stay. I've stayed at this property multiple times for business and it rarely disappoints....however, if you need the shuttle, make sure you call at least 30 mins in advance (even though they tell you 15 mins). Additionally, the hotel guarantees a wake-up call within +/- 5 mins of your requested time or that night is free. On my most recent stay, unfortunately the hotel missed a wake-up call one day (fortunately I set the alarm clock as well) - when I brought it to their attention, they refunded the night immediately without any issues.

Rooms were fine, location is close to the airport. The facility is ackward and pool side rooms are hard to access. In general, it is a good option

I enjoyed my stay. I thought the hotel was really nice and relaxing. When not conducting business, I sat in the restaurant and had a bite to eat and a few drinks. I first ordered a Coors Lite, and there was none. I then ordered hot wings and there was no Ranch dressing. On my second day, I ordered a Budweiser, and after two there was no more. Outside of that, my stay was great and I wouldn't want to chance another stay at any other hotel.

Conveniently located to everything. Unrefined, unfriendly staff. Restaurant closed on Saturday. This hotel is adequate - clean and close to San Antonio's airport and main attractions, but it is not a 3-star. My daughter (37 month old) hurt her two twice on gaps in the floorboards, the restaurant was closed during our stay, there is no valet, and hotel staff were unresponsive and in some cases, ill-mannered. Won't be staying here again.

The room was spacious, internet was free, the food was medicore and the drinks were overpriced. I would recommend the concierge level for the extra money. It provides free breakfast, happy hour and added quiteness to get work done.

Agents at desk were a great help getting around since I had never been there before. The printed up directions for me and highlighted areas.

The rooms themselves are modern and well appointed. There is some slight noise from the airport but the hotel provides earplugs and eyemasks and even a relaxation CD to help you sleep. At least the location is convenient but some of the construction on the highway made it inconvenient to get in and out of the hotel. Both check-in and check-out process were less than stellar. There were about 10 people checking in at the same time and only 3 desks to check in at and the staff were not very on top of it. Breakfast at the hotel was even worse. I arrived late to the table and had to end up walking to the register in order to put my order in. Waitstaff were non-existent and had to ask several times to get coffee topped up so much so our group just ended up serving ourselves. To add to the pain, it was a painful experience trying to get separate checks.

Overall the stay was nice. I went to San Antonio for my niece's boot camp graduation. My family received recommendation to stay close to the airport and not close to the base. From the looks of the outside of hotels close to the base, this was good advice. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, and the pool very nice. We did not eat in the restaurant except I had coffee and toast one morning. The price was $4.00 not including tip. The waiter was very good. The grounds were very pretty. The Sundry Shop was a bit overpriced: $2.00 for an individual bottle of soda, $1.25 for an oatmeal snack cake.

I have no complaints about this hotel, the front desk staff was courteous and kind, but their was a lack of communication amongst themselves. I paid for two rooms in advance and registered before check-in time, they gave me the keys to the rooms, yet when I returned to the hotel that evening, they had given away one of my rooms. They did accommedate us with another room, but not the kind of room we had reserved and paid for, which made it inconvienient for those staying in the room. They also gave us some food vouchers for breakfast. Now, I find out they have charged me for the rooms again, and am trying to get that staightened out a week later.

Since this was just an overnight stay,we only spent one night at the hotel; however, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we didn't know our way around, the shuttle came in very handy. The only problem we had with the room was the toilet was backed up. One call to the desk and help was there immediately and the problem was taken care of.

Location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The towels were a little rough, not very soft. There were no nonsmoking rooms left so they offered me a room with a kitchenette which included a microwave and refrigerator which was great. I very was very pleased with the hotel overall. I did not use any of the facilities other than my room.

I booked a King Jr Suite because I didn't need a full suite. I gave the room quality an "okay" rating because there was a connecting door to another room. I could clearly hear the occupants of that room and therefore, I knew they could hear my TV since I had it turned up so I could hear it over the air conditioner. Oh, and did I mention the airplane outside my window? Very close...very, very close. I understand that is to be expected since the hotel is located so close to the airport. But, for the price I had to pay (over $350 for 2 nights) I expected more. One more thing, the bed was awesome.

Although the staff was friendly & helpful some of the maid services need to be improved. We stayed for 6 days and each day had to call or go to the front desk for something (i.e. shampoo, coffee, soap). The cups & glasses ususally looked as if they weren't too clean. The pool was clean, the food & drinks were great. If you're planning on going to Lackland this probably isn't the place to stay. It's bit of a drive.
