The front desk people were terrific. They allowed a very early check in and helped us print up our boarding passes. Also, the bar/wait staff was very helpful in directing us on what to order (especially for the kids) as the restaurant was closed on Sundays. Highly recommend. The gift shop staff also helped us obtain transportation to and from Walt Disney World with a top-notch transporation firm.

Convenient to airport. Expected more for a 3.5 rating. Didn't deserve it. Old facilities. Room not very pleasant. Okay for a short stay, but doesn't deserve a 3.5 rating. More like a 3 or even 2.5. Place needs to be updated. Everything is 20-30 years old.

The overall appearance of the hotel is excellent. It's very clean and everyone is very friendly. The pool facilities are very nice. Location was excellent for our needs. Quite a few eating places available in the immediate area. Problems: Very small bathrooms, no fan in bathroon, no hook on door. Prices in bar are way out of line.

Because of the weather back home we had to stay an extra night in Orlando, and we couldn't have picked a nicer place. Clean Room, comfortable bed, good food (). We would definitely stay again.

Close to Orlando airport. They offered a shuttle to the airport. The gift shop had poor quality items and selections. This hotel was very inviting and pleasing to the eye as you enter. Staff wasvery accommodating to guests. In the evening they have candles lit in the lobby. Gives you a very welcome feeling.

The location was perfect for visiting nearby family: close to the airport, next to Hertz, and near our family's homes. Near shopping malls (not the upscale ones) and fast food restaurants. Not near Disney or the upscale malls and restaurants. That was fine for us because we were visiting family rather than on vacation. The rooms were very nice, a decent size, and newly refurbished. The main problem was maintenance. We had 2 rooms (3 people) and the bathtub drains were clogged so we showered in 6 inches of water. Our friend's toilet backed up and her phone stopped working the last morning, and no help ever did come from the front desk. The breakfast buffet was extensive but nothing was warm. There was free coffee in carafes in the lobby but it was not hot. Service in the dining room (and front desk) was friendly but not very experienced. We might stay there again due to location but would check room maintenance on arrival and eat breakfast across the street.

Only there over night but the front desk staff and drivers were very friendly, our room on the end was quiet and the price was right. I would stay again.

Location. The room was terrible. Nothing like I expected. Very disappointing. The hotel seemed nice at first until I got to my room. It smelled bad, the remote was broken, the TV made a loud buzzing noise, in the bathroom there was mold, several of the fixtures had come loose or were no longer attached properly.

except the carpet in the room had rubber pieces on it and the pillows were very uncomfortable. But the front desk staff was very helpful; my flight was early and they let me check in early. The room was smaller than I'd expected but was furnished nicely. Location to the airport was the deciding factor when looking for hotels for this trip, and the Crown Plaza came in the least expensive - I was amazed. However they don't offer free breakfast, but they do have room service. It was pricey. There are several places to eat in the area. I would say that overall this was a great hotel and I imagine the carpet being dirty was a bit of a fluke.I would like to stay here again, but when traveling with family it's one less expense to have the hotel provide breakfast. So I will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Arrived at airport at 11:30pm needed something nearby to rest after traveling for 6+ hours. Promptly greeted, nice quiet..clean..comfortable room. Felt safe.

Got this online according to reviews. The stay was great except for one thing: THEY NEED TO MOVE THE COFFEE MAKER OUT OF THE BATHROOM!!!! (Excrement always get aerosolized when you flush).

I couldn't stop sneezing. I think that everyone would agree that a bed is the most important commodity when staying at a hotel. Who cares about the lobby....gimme a comfortable bed

Excellent quality, service, cleanliness, very low price. Parking was far. Highly recommended, very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, a very restful, and peaceful stay, staff cooperative, good location, near attractions and airport, good view from room.

The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was very good, and I was impressed with the fact that the rooms were very quiet despite being close to the airport. The occasion that I had to stay was for a family funeral, snd I have added another pre-paid night for one of my relatives who is staying there tonight because she did not rent a car as I did, and will get a free shuttle to her airline tomorrow morning.

This hotel was nice for business travelers because of it's convenient location near the airport and the complimentary shuttle service. The staff provided outstanding guest service.
