Very impressed with the modern updates the hotel had to offer. It was decorated very nicely and the rooms were extremely clean. Loved the granite walls in the shower. Other than some rust stains in the toilet, the bathroom was much cleaner and up to date than your average hotel restroom. The beds were clean and comfortable. Entire room decor was great! Staff very friendly!!

Room is cozy with nice TV and hotel facilities are excellent at the price range. Space of the room is relatively small. The hotel room was very comforting and relaxing with many pillows. When I used the pool it was small. However, the gym is FANTASTIC!!! There are sufficient cardio machine for a good workout. The restaurent was quite pleasing to me. But the selection of the buffet in the morning was very small. There weren't many foods at all. But overall it was a really good hotel.

Convenient to many restaurants, attractions, downtown and airport. No free internet access. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Room was comfortability furnished, bed was very comfortable with lots of full pillows. Large flat screen TV, accented with modern artwork on the walls. Clean hallways. Lots of parking area. Does not provide free internet access.

Nice shuttle to pick up and return you to the airport. The bathroom light did not work at all and the hotel could not fix it. The hotel is very old and run down and outdated. Although the room and public areas were clean, it smelled funny and the business center had computers from the dark ages in it and they were not in working condition.

Nice, new, modern, plenty of pillows. We did not have housekeeping one day and had to request towels that evening. If we need two beds, we need to call the hotel directly and request this along with non-smoking. This chain would not take my request over the phone and said it would depend if the room was available at check-in since. It happened to be available, so I was happy about that. Other that my initial opinion and that they forgot housekeeping one day, it was a beautiful new hotel.

The extra amenities were nice. Driving into and out of the parking area was somewhat difficult. The room was very clean, comfortable and very quiet, considering the close proximity to the airport. It is in a very convenient location with easy access to the interstate I-10.

Courteous front desk staff. The room was not clean; the cleaning staff did not seem to notice dirty coffee cups and coffee set-ups that needed to be refreshed. Needs a little freshening up - public spaces and rooms. Housekeeping could use some continuing education and a little closer supervision.

Room was very comfortable. There were no patio tables and chairs in the pool area. This Crown Plaza Hotel lived up to the franchise name that was expected. The room rates were good and the staff was very professional. I would choose to stay here again with question. The bar/lounge was modest but suitable and the restaurant was convenient but pricey, as most are. The pool itself was nice, but there were not any patio tables and chairs for patrons convenience of relaxing beside the pool. We had to sit and leave our belongings on the ground. Overall, my stay was very good.

The room was well maintained. The wake-up call guarantee remains unfulfilled. We waited 45 minutes to check-in because there was only one person working the desk. The hotel was hosting a high school graduation ceremony and there were teens everywhere. Staff forgot to make the wake-up call.

Beds were fabulous! I had no complaints. Hotel was beautiful and I was very happy with my room. Overall, they certainly exceeded my expectations and I thought they were the best hotel in the area. I ordered room service for breakfast and they were efficient and the food was very good. I felt right at home staying at the Crowne Plaza. Loved it!

Helpful staff. Room cleanliness. The hotel did not meet the crown standards I was expecting by any means. The room lacked cleanliness and I was forced to bring this issue up with the manager twice yet nothing was done about it. Upon checkout I spoke with the manager and was told that he would be happy to discount the room for us. This shortcoming had a very negative effect on our stay there and the trip in general. Thank you.

Great food, very friendly staff and the comfort of the room was just outstanding. I was justed amazed about the entire stay. The staff, the restaurant, the room and the bar/lobby were just outstanding.

Room were clean, bed was very comfortable, large mounted flat screen TV. Difficulty finding your room. Long walk from front desk to elevator. My overall experience was excellent. Some reviews say airplane noise was a factor. I'm a light sleeper and I did not hear anything for the entire week duration. Internet was the fastest among all hotel I've stayed in. The bed was very comfortable but wish they had softer pillow. My favorite was the 52" flat screenTV with HD channels. The only complaint I would say is the extremely long walk to your room.
