This hotel just converted to a Crowne Plaza and they have revovated the entire hotel. Everything is new and the rooms are incredible. Friendly and helpful staff.

After looking at all the hotel sites, and reading all the reviews,I'm so glad I chose the holiday select. It's so close to the airport I could get a good nights sleep and still catch a early flight.If theres a hotel with a more friendly staff anywhere, I haven't found it.I left the card on my door for morning room service and they were right on time.

Although the hotel is currently under renovations, it was still clean, neat, and organized. Signage was clear indicating temporary routes to the restaurant, etc. Overall the hotel is well laid out, and pleasant. Staff were very helpful including replacing a room key that didn't want to hold it's code. The pool was a very nice temperature of warm (unlike cold at so many hotels) and the hot tub was hot but not scalding. Towels in the pool area were plentiful. Access to the hotel is very easy and the parking is plentiful and free. Free wi-fi is available in the lobby and does even reach to some rooms. The only negative is that you are near the airport (until Nov. 11, 2008 when the airport moves to the east side of Indy) so therefore you do hear some residual airplane traffic overhead- mostly heard during the main part of the day and tapers off in the evening.

After 8 hours of traveling, the room spoke relaxation. Having to walk through the dinning area with 100 people to get to the front desk. The hotel was very pleasing. I'm guessing the information did not get passed on to the night staff. At 2 am, I was too tired to be upset. The room was wonderful. Big fluffy bed, soothing music. The room evoked comfort. Especially after a long Flight. We had a hard time getting up the next morning. Night staff was very helpful.

Great public areas andclose to airport. Great hotel-right across from the old terminal, just a very short drive from the new terminal (and they provide free shuttle). Hotel is clearly designed for people who value their sleep-they offer ambient CD's, a gift pack full of sleep aids, and the whole hotel is very quiet. The public areas are great, and the room is very nice.

Very posh and elegant. Smoking rooms not available! Very nice upscale hotel that is very non-smoker inclined. Tiny bathroom but the sleeping area was very spacious and elegant. I did not care for the fact that my room had windows that opened up into the lobby area on the 2nd floor.

Complimentary shuttle to airport. We were able to have a nice room to sleep in the night before our flight. Able to park our car in their parking lot for the week, and take their complimentary shuttle to/from the airport.

The staff was very friendly and the room was great. Have to pay an additional fee to leave car their while flying. I really liked the hotel, however, having to pay an additional parking fee is not traveler friendly. The hotel has a HUGE parking lot and it was probably 3/4 empty, I doubt that paying to park there after paying for a stay is necessary.

I was very surprised at the hotel appointments, very classy and up scale. Being so close to the airport there was some aircraft noise - but not enough to keep me from sleeping. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The location was convenient for business purpose. Over all a great experience - I will stay here again.

We used the extended parking arrangements with transportstion. to airport. It was perfect for us. Theonly thing we didn't like was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We were VERY pleased with our experience with this hotel. The rooms, beds, bedding were luxurious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not stay long enough to use the indoor pool/spa area or the dining facilities, but both appeared to be very nice. Next time we will try to arrive earlier to enjoy all of the facilities.
