I booked ahead of time on Orbit's and payed on-line for a better rate, non-refundable. I showed up tired and wanted to check in. I was waited on by a young trainee. She asked for my credit card and swiped it. I told her that I already paid and showed her my Orbits reservation. She said sorry, said she would take care of it, and so I received my credit card statement, only to find they charged me again. I now have to talk to their accountant tomorrow, May 11th to square it away. What a hassle.

Location was good and the lobby was nice. Pillows were like sleeping on telephone books.

This hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Best nights sleep I had in a long time. My only complaint was with housekeeping. We had two rooms, adjoining, and 5 people total. We stayed three nights. Upon arrival, one room had everything it needed. The second room, had minimal toilet tissue....thankfully the second room had an extra roll. The second night, toilet tissue was short in both rooms, partial rolls and if we hadn't called the front desk, we would have run out. Bring your shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The only night we received these sundries was the first night we checked in. The housekeeping staff did not leave them the other two nights. My thought is that if you are paying for each night you should get them each night. I will say that the hotel desk staff was very friendly and very quick to assist us with these issues. Other than these issues, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub opened at 5:30 a.m. and the fitness center was 24 hours a day. The facilities were clean and very well maintained. Room service was right on time, and the food was always at the right temperature. Overall I am very pleased with the hotel. I just think that possibly some additional training for the housekeeping staff might be in order. But in the hotel's defense, they were very attentive when we addressed these needs and always provided what we needed. I thought it was nice as well that the guest laundry was inexpensive, and the hotel provided the detergent. I would definately stay again at this hotel.

We were awakened in the night (3am) by a loud banging noise. We looked out from our balcony and a large piece of metal was hanging off t he roof and banging on the side of the balcony. We tried to ignore the sound but it was so loud we could not sleep. We called the front desk and s gentleman came to our room immediately and changed us to a new room where we could sleep. I felt the staff was excellent in responding to our situation. It was extremely windy that night which probably caused the piece to come loose from the roof. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return there again.

The bed was very comfortable and the pool was really nice. No free breakfast. Easy access off of the interstate, this motel was clean, high-quality and comfortable. The staff was service-friendly and the pool was great, especially in the summer.

For what I paid I could of stay in a 2 star hotel and got a free refrig. and microwave for free with room instead of paying for it. Nice hotel and you can't believe all the ratings. Not satified customer!!!

upon check in, my room wasnt ready, so they upgraded me to the next level, and gave me a certificate for 2 free breakfasts. The pool was clean, sauna and hot tub area was very nice.( this was a get a way night).the room was decorated very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The bar was cozy, and the bartender, very friendly..Very good buffett for breakfast,, Other then getting a $3.00 extra charge show up on my credit card ( no idea why), it was perfect.

General atmosphere was nice. The bed pads were stained and there was evidence of bed bugs. The overall appearance was nice. However, due to the poor level of cleanliness we chose not to spend the night in this hotel. I would not recommend the hotel.

Large clean rooms, really nice mattresses, hard wired fast Internet access, big comfortable public areas, REALLY nice pool/jacuzzi/sauna area.

The hotel definately has some years on it. They were extremely booked, and we found dog excretions in our room. The beds were New so they were hard, however, overall it was not quiet as bad as it sounds. We made the best of it and went on from there.

Access to this hotel was difficult, even after finding it, upon subsequent visits. Also, I prefer a hotel with entertainment, which this one did not have. Ammenities were fine, but lacking for top quality.

Friendly staff, willing to please and help you. This is a wonderful place to stay, well-located to freeways, gas, and food. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you in all your travel needs. What a delight it was to stay here. No worries or problems. Food in Restaurant was very good, reasonable prices and excellent service. I would stay here again if in the area on business or pleasure.

"The hotel is beautiful and had great amenities; cd player alarm clock with a sleep help cd, a little bag with earplugs, eye mask and linen spray. Room was clean and very quiet. Ample pillows; bed linens were lovely, cozy and elegant, but the bed was hard as a rock. In room hi-speed internet acces, lovely pool area. It was a great place except for the firmness of the king sized bed."

The hotel has potential, but It looks old and tired at the moment. I had an adjoining room and there was a family next door with young children. There was no soundproofing between the doors and it was as if we were all in the same room. Not cool at 11.00 pm when I'm trying to sleep.

Older property but well kept. Lobby and public areas are fresh and inviting. Rooms and hallways were fine but starting to show their age. Overall a good stay and i would return.

The location. The hotel seemed outdated and not very clean. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The room did not seem clean to me - dusty, the phone was dirty and the rooms were outdated. The housekeeping staff argued with me when I asked for extra bath towels. She did not want to give me three extra towels. I stayed in the hotel with my three small children.

The room service food was great. Everything else. My CD player didn't work, I almost busted my head in the shower 2-3 times a day, cause there was no slip mattress! The breakfast wasn't served until 6:30, when every other hotel serves at 6. Out of 8 ice machines in the hotel(2 on each floor), only 1 worked! Valet was never around. Highly flaunted sleep system was 1 pair of cheap ear plugs, a 1 size does not fit all blind, and lavender spray for your pillows that smelled like alcohol. The pillow top bed was an old bed with a pillow top put on it. I had a much much better stay at holiday inn express.
