Staff wasn't very friendly and I was given a smoking room. I hate the cigarette smell but was tried to go back to the front desk and ask for a different room. I felt they gave me the worst possible room since I booked thru Orbitz at a discounted rate. Also, you can't cancel the room once you book it. I only noticed this after I checked-in. This was probably mentioned when I booked the room. I probably over looked it. Not sure...

It was clean and comfortable. Bathroom. This is a newly remodeled hotel and very nice for the most part. The bathroom and the shower in particular could have been a little better though. It was clean but the upgrade in the bathroom didn't reach the standard of the rest of the property. I called from the airport for a shuttle around 10:30 pm. The lady on the phone asked if I was at such and such door. I told her I was four minutes from there and she told me to call back when I got to that specific spot. I asked her could she go ahead and dispatch the shuttle as I would be there in four minutes. Again I was told to call back from that specific spot and they would send the shuttle. Four minutes later I called from the designated spot and that's where I waited for the shuttle 36 long minutes!

The location was Ok, it was what I expected. The room because it was an iside room was dark. The bathroom lighting was not good at all. Bed was very comfortable. Other than that it was avg at best

Loved the eye mask and other have a good sleep goodies. The toilet paper is really scratchy. Clean, comfortable, quiet. I had an over-night layover, and didn't want to spend it on the floor in the Denver airport. The airport shuttle waspacked and didn't come as often as I would have liked (had to wait 45 minutes), and even at midnight the check-in line was almost out the door. Once to my room, however, all was well.

Recently remodeled. Close to Denver International Airport. Great service from a friendly staff. Would stay again anytime.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was professional.

It was a very nice hotel, but it is still having major renovations. There was only one working elevator which was annoying as well as the door cards (keys) that never worked and had to be changed out EVERY DAY!

Fantastic staff. The renovation underway is encouraging. As with any renovation, it can be frustrating. Elevators are too far from the front desk. The overall appearance is excellent. Staff is one of the finest I have encountered. Food is great. Room is very modern and well kept.

Location to gateway area good. Room was dirty - no shampoo - had to ask twice - price too high for expected star level.

It is very clean - the rooms were pretty and comfortable. The lobby is too formal and sterile - it was dark and full of marble - not very inviting. Staff is excellent - the printer in the business area was not working, so the staff let us use one of their computers at the front desk to print our boarding passes. Although the rooms were clean and comfortable, this is more of a place for business travelers - it was a bit too sterile and formal for a family with little kids. Also, the pool was clean and warm, but be warned - the hot tub is excessively hot - I like a nice, hot soak, but this was too hot to be comfortable.

Public area. Tiny room. The room was adequate but I felt that the hotel gave me their smallest room due to amount I paid. On checking in, there was a long wait not enough personnel on duty.

Close to airport. Unpainted repair job in the bathroom.

Not crowded. Clean and comfortable. Convenient to the airport excellent gym. Pricey breakfast buffet for the limited selections. Nice facility. The decor was attractive. The workout facility was very nice and the pool looked great. Very comfortable stay but wouldn't pay retail price.

Easy to find and easy to get to the airport. Dog convention at same time as stay, some noise late at night. This was a nice place to stay. We were not there too long as check in is not until 4 pm, and we had to leave for the airport at 4 am. Would stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Clean, friendly and nice place to stay. The staff was efficient, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Great work out area. Pool & hot tub were secluded & well maintained. We would definitely consider this hotel for our next trip.

Near by restaraunts. The room had a bad smell. I wouldn't chose to stay at this hotel unless I had a pet because it was pet friendly. Might be that was why it stunk.

It is easy to access and in a good neighborhood. It was dirty and I was disappointed in the lack of friendliness from the staff. The only 3-star qualities it has are the magnificent lobby and the new furnishings in the rooms. The staff answered my questions and fulfilled my requests, but their demeanor was far from friendly. They were sharp and unapproachable, acting like low-level, unhappy employees. The room was dirty. Not messy, but dirty. The bathtub was dingy and unattractive, there was a large bug in our room, the drapes were filthy and I tried not to think about the bedding. In comparison to another 3-star rated hotel I have stayed in, just down the street, it is far below the standard I expected. New bedding and new paint do not make a hotel nice. Attention to detail is what makes a hotel worth recommending and this hotel missed the mark by a mile.

The hotel was clean and inviting.. The room was substandard, felt like Motel 6. Room was substandard. The room was located on the 1st floor in an area that seemed to be filled with supply rooms and broom closets.
