We stayed at the Crown Plaza Resort for one night and were extremely impressed with the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. All the basic necessities were provided in the room (coffee pot/iron/hair dryer). The location was convenient to the MARTA (with free hotel transportation to the airport for the connection). Would definatley stay here again -- the best part was -- there was no airport noise as expected because of the location to the airport.

This hotel had clean and comfortable rooms. Although, each guest is given a "sleep" package. Which consist of ear plugs, eye mask and lavender spray it wasn't really necessary because the room was very quiet. The only surprise was the $ a day charge for parking. I would reccomed to other business travelers. It is close to the airport and the hotel provides a free shuttle back and forth.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Atlanta-Airport was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. I like the fact that a business center was available for the guest use and that we were not charged for internet usage. My stay was only for 2 nights and I wished that it was longer. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Next time, hopefully this year we will return to Atlanta and Crowne Plaza will be our first choice.

We had to wait over an hour just to check in - there was only one person at the desk. Very overpriced and understaffed.

Parking your vehicle a the hotel is a huge cost savings over long term airport parking, and it is so much more convenient. The shuttle service drops you off at the airport terminal door, even at 4:30 a.m. We will stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel ATLANTA-AIRPORT again.

My mom and I were on our yearly trip and we were very comfortable at this hotel. Good beds, computer to use in the lobby, clean, and spacious room. Free shuttle to the airport, whether to hop on your flight or hit the M.A.R.T.A. was extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend Atlanta's Crowne Plaza - Airport.

Close to airport. Panhandlers in parking lot; seedy crowd. Hard to find once you exit from interstate. Noisy room next door. Comfortable bed but pillows are awful.

The Crown plaza was not a bad hotel but had a little problem with are television set and had to go down to the lobby 3 times to finally get a reponse.tv was down for a day in a half, other than than that didin't have any problem evrything els was average to above average

The location was convenient to the airport. Heavy use. There was a paintball convention going on in the hotel, so there were hundreds of paintball geeks hanging all over the place, sitting in the halls, filling up the public spaces. Also, the hotel was dirty and in need of refurbishment.

I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. Staff was very pleasant and attentive to my needs when needed. I needed a quick getaway and laid in the WONDERFUL bed all day.

Over all my stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel was very satisfying. The room was very comfortable and clean. The desk clerks, kitchen personnel,Shuttle service, and personnel that handled the luggage were very pleasant, helpful, and professional. However, there were some things that didn't like. I would be remiss if I didn't state that, the things that I didn't like will not be reasons for me not staying with the hotel a second time. The entertainment that was offered, was not user friendly; in that I mean I didn't know the cost of movies, or know about the cost of using the music channel. I did call the desk and get an explanation, but the explanation wasn't clear or accurate. I am a kind of person that likes to walk in a place and be able to pick up a brocheure and read what is being offered and read how the process works; that is way I understand things. I didn't like the fact that there were no microwaves in the rooms or availabe in the hotel. I would gladly pay additional money for the room for one, although I think twenty-five dollars a day is absurb. That is what I was told that one costs per day. I will conclude by reiterating that my stay was very pleasing and the issuses that I had will not preclude me from staying at the Crown Plaza again. My trip was a wonderful and successful experience as I haven't been to Atlanta before and I believed that the accomodations I enjoyed during my stay at the Crown played a significant role in my enjoyed success.

Rooms were very clean and decorated very upscale. Had to pay to park, hard to park and get in and out of parking lot. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Had elevator problems going up and down but it got better in the evening. Very surprised about the pay to park and very cumbersome going in and out of the parking lot with your room key. Very limited parking spaces. Over all I would go back. Enjoyable.
