This hotel was easily accessible from the airport and to locations around the city. The staff was efficient; registration and check out worked like a charm. The facilities were comfortable and more than adequate; the room was neat and clean and well maintained.

The staff was great and eager to shuttle us everywhere. The breakfast was also wonderful and that staff awesome. Bathroom was very small. The hotel was very convenient, only about 1.5 blocks from the metro. Staff was very helpful and eager to please, taking us to area restaurants and picking us up promptly. I will return as they made me feel at home and safe while shuttling me around in the evening.

Would not stay here again due to the extremely loud noise of the air conditioner/heating unit . The wall unit located beneath the window constantly cycles on and off, and is extremely loud. Each time it cycles, it awakens you ,making it impossible to get a good nights rest. This cycling of air conditioning/heating unit s was not only in our room, since i could hear the units in the adjacent rooms as well. The hotel location was fair, but on rainy days, access to the metro station was not the best.

I stayed in this hotel when visiting Washington, DC. Its location was great because it was within walking distance to a Metro station, close to the Crystal City shops, and in an area where I felt safe. Just a few stops away on the metro and we were right in the middle of Washington where everything you could want to see is located. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and professional. I was allowed to check in before the "official" check-in time, but then I got to the room and it was still being cleaned. After waiting a few minutes in the hallway, we got in the room and started getting comfortable, then someone came back in with towels. A couple of minutes later and a maintenance person appeared to fix the handle on the closet door. It was a little unnerving having so many people come into the room in the first 10 minutes we were there! I was disappointed that the room did not have free Internet access or a refrigerator. On the hotel's web site, it lists that high speed Internet access and in-room refrigerators are available, but they don't tell you how much they cost every day. In addition, parking is */night. Before booking this hotel, make sure you understand what all the "extras" cost. You may be able to find a better deal.

I was a little disappointed in the restaurant as it was not as family friendly as I had hoped. The location was also somewhat While the proximity to Crystal City mall and Metro station was excellent, I was a little disappointed that the number of restaurants that would appeal to kids were more than walking distance away. The room service staff was EXCELLENT and felt that the staff in general was very good. The room was comfortable.

the crown plaza was a very nice place to stay! the staff were very attentive to the needs of the customer. we had a slight problem upon check in but they gave us breakfast passes and drink passes for our trouble. they were steam cleaning the rugs. the breakfast was good much better than a continental style. my party and i will return to washington in the future and will probably stay with the crown plaza team again. great food with in walking distance for all culinary tastes. transportation within easy access. a great trip needless to say! recommended highly.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean with no"'HOTEL" odors. The location was optimal with the Metro station a block or so away. If I had a complaint it would be the hotel restraunt was extremely slow the one night we ate there. My son is still talking about how comfortable the beds were and that was important after a long day of walking miles and miles in D.C.. We would definitely stay ther again.

My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Crystal City (Arlington) for 4 nights and 5 days. It is located very close to the Metro. Every day, upon our return from Washington the room was clean and there were fresh towels. There are plenty of places around to eat including a starbucks and the Potomac Grille located in the Hotel. I would definitely stay again. The shuttle was also very good, and the drivers were polite and helpful.

The personnel was very helpful. The restaurant was not open enough. This was the ideal hotel for us and had all of the amenities we needed, great Hotel!

I have only 2 bad things 2 say,: 1-Eat elsewhere, and 2-I am upset with the shuttle pick-up. I was charged $ each way for 2 people when the hotel provided free shuttle service. That is a $ total each way that was unnessary. That was the savings on the room. Beware of what you are getting. The rest of the trip was excellent! Close to the Metro train which takes you nearly everywhere. The beds and pillows were excellent. We didn't want to get out of bed. lol

We picked this hotel besauce on the beds and we were very pleased. These were the nicest beds I have every splept on.This was a great hotel and a great value. This hotel is only two blocks from the Crystal Shops, Restaurants and the Metro station. The only thing that could of been better was more food options in the hotel. The staff was great, free shuttle to Regan National and a nive pool. We enjoyed our stay!

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to Metro. Airport shuttle. Small bathroom. Toilet very close to shower/bath. Excellent, friendly service. Close to Reagan National Airport and hotel provides shuttle service. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Enjoyed breakfast buffet and their Potomac Restaurant. Close to Metro - about 10 minute ride to D.C.

The Crowne Plaza was a very comfortable hotel. Our room was very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. It is located within walking distance of the Metro which was our main mode of transportation while in D.C. The hotel was very quiet and the personnel were excellent. When we return to D.C. next year we will probably stay at this Crowne Plaza Hotel again.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Our first room was infested with spiders so the staff quickly moved us to another room. It wasn't very easy to locate but once we found it we really liked the location. It was close to the main highway and shopping. Our room had several spiders in it so they quickly moved us to another room and gave us a complimentary breakfast buffet. I will probably not revisit this hotel and I travel to DC often.

Hotel is only 1 blk from Metro and we use that exclusively when visiting DC. No real restaurant in this hotel, only bar/lounge separated by 1/2 wall divider. Must try the apple cobbler w/van ice cream! Very friendly staff throughout hotel!

I was very pleased with the service I received, from the prompt airport shuttle pick up to the convenient business service. The only downside was the printer was left without paper so even though I was able to check in online, I was unable to print my airline boarding pass.
