Can not speak highly enough of the establishment. Great staff, great location and great facilities. My wife and I have had memorable times each time we have stayed here. Well worth the money

Always choose to stay at the Crown when visiting Melbourne for leisure and work. Lovely large comfortable rooms with gorgeous views from all rooms. Service is always amazing, staff being at the door for room service as soon as one would literally hang the phone up :) Very impressed with most recent stay whereby i must have dropped my room key whilst shopping in the CBD and someone found it and advised the hotel. Staff at the hotel did everything possible to try and locate me - they rung work, home, mobile and emergency contact....would have helped if i had my mobile on! Always a pleasant and luxurious stay, highly recommended

Way overpriced, Should have Breakfast included in Price. Overcharging for what most Hotels give as Complimentary,such as Drinking Water. Wont stay again many better Hotels in Close proximity.

We first stayed at Crown Towers when it first opened and it is pleasing to see that the facilities are as good as then with no appearance of tiredness. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with plenty of storage in a dressing room. The bathroom was as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Location is so convenient to the city with the added attraction of river edge ambience. A great place to stay to relax and holiday. We are looking forward to a future stay at the Crown Towers.

I was very impressed with Crown Towers, we were well looked after. All staff were very polite and friendly. We were given a free upgrade to a Deluxe suite with Crystal Club access - it was great and made our 6 year wedding anniversary even more special. We would definately go back.

Good Hotel, close to everything. Heaps of restaurants to choose from. We are a married couple but due to the fact that the Hotel was busy had to take a twin only to find two queen size beds!!. Very happy.
