Stayed again, lost count how many times, upgrades are great quality and they do listen to reviews because they now put disposable razors in the room. buffet breakfast in the hotel was disappointing, expensive and cold, better option is a fresh cooked hot breakfast in the casino

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful to explain the various rates and options available plus recommending what rooms are suitable and the reasons. Rooms are spacious and very well designed for comfort and enjoyment. Gym and swimming pool facilities are modern and well maintained. I have no problems in selecting this hotel if I want to stay again in future as well as recommend to friends and relatives.

Great place to stay if you want a clean modern looking hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Location is fantastic -- 10 mins walk across the river to the city centre and plenty of restaurant choices around the hotel. Didn't get a chance to use the spa and gym facilities. The bell and receptionist were helpful and friendly.

Pleasant stay with close proximity walk to the casino and restaurants. We had a corner King which was spacious and room was well kept. Will come back in the future.

Beautiful hotel, with lovely pool. Service was excellent, and staff were very accommodating, allowing us a late checkout of 12.00 without hesitation, which given we hadn't slept the night before arriving was much appreciated. Rack rate expensive, but using hotel club credits ended up with a great deal.

Fantastic all round, Best hotel i have stayed in Melbourne by far, will definately return. Pricing great. Better than Crown Towers in regards to facilities and service. Short walk to all attractions in Melbourne.

This was the second time we have stayed in this hotel and again we were not disappointed. The room was reasonably large, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Servce from all staff was excellent. Pool is one the better ones i have come across and excellant for laps followed by spa. Gym and sauna facilities were first class. Transport to city centre was not a problem either by taxi or public transport. Hotel concierge were very informative and professional, booking several tours on our behalf. Not the cheapest hotel however booking with Hotel Club resulted in significant savings. More than happy to recommend hotel and will definately stay there again when next in Melbourne

Customer service was an issue with a lack of Concerige Services- Flight Re-ocnfirmations were not possible- But it was still a good a hotel- Needs definite improvements in the restaurant-

This is a good hotel at a great price. Great facilities (pool, gym, bar etc) Nice rooms (decent furniture, good size, decent bathrooms etc), staff friendly and position in town is good. Casino is across the road and you are a 5 min walk down to the redeveloped and busy riverside walk . This is a solid 4 star hotel at a high 3 low 4 star hotel price. Three very experienced world travelers stayed for three nights on business and we all loved it. For the same money you can stay at a crappy (insert your bland hotel brand name of choice)or you could stay here. Only ate bar food in restaurant and it was pretty good. Would go back. Bar action across Sunday,Monday Tuesday night was VERY quiet.
