The buffet breakfast is below expectation for a crowne plaza hotel chain. food ie bread not replenish promptly, eggs counter very slow services queue gets very long and still one poor chap manning it. isnt these the staple and standard diet for breakfast. limited choice. from my stay i think the hotel either outsource the breakfast restaurant or they are trying to save in the name of green and eco-conscious

Beautiful room and very accommodating staff. Not a thing. Beautiful room and amenities. Location at Terminal 3 of Changi Airport could not be better. Excellent all the way around! Easy to get into downtown Singapore too!

Great hotel and excellent service and facilities. Had dinner in one of the hotel's restuarants and was suprised at how good it was. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful, comfortable, clean (new!) room in a spectacular building. I had a view of Terminal 2 with planes landing behind it. It was so fun to be right at the airport, but I decided the runway side rooms were probably a bit too harsh. I barely heard the planes where I was somehow. I think this hotel is my new favorite. I was forced to rate the dining options here although I ate nothing in the hotel.

If you want a place that is convenient to Singapore airport, this is it. You can walk or take a cable car depending on terminal you arrive into. The rooms are very modern, fantastic bathrooms, quiet (even though near the airport) and extremely comfortable. Nothing to complain about except food was a bit expensive in restaurant and business center expensive for email. The workaround this problem is just to walk to the airport and eat or use email there for much less. Pool area is very nice, too. The hotel was great after traveling 30 hours. I loved not hassling with taxi, train, etc. until 2 days later when I moved to town. Train from airport goes right there. Fantastic hotel and I highly recommend.

A beautiful hotel, excellent location with very little airport noise. Easy to stay and singapore is close enough for an evening out as well.

The room was very large with modern decor. The most interesting aspect was the ability to sit in a deep tub in the bathroom and look through the floor to ceiling glass window into the room, allowing one to watch tv while soaking. There were speakers in the bathroom as well. Linens and toiletries were of excellent quality. The location was excellent - adjacent to the United Airlines check-in desk.

Unconventional room design, good room size. Checking in and out is brisk with most administrative procedures already done thru [website]. Staffs are very polite and helpful. However, the gym is rather small with one TV located good for only a couple of users, a pity that there is no jacuzzi, steamroom facility. In-Dining menu is very expensive as expected but plenty of eat out options in vicinity both in and out of hotel. Though not entirely sound proof, noise level from the planes is not causing a nuisance. Overall, is a good stay for me, like the room especially.

Perfect position for a stopover, attached right to the airport arrivals hall. Too expensive for what they offer, though. This was very 4 star hotel standards at 5 star prices.
