First they said in their advertisement they had free internet, when we inquired at front desk "some rooms get it others don't, you can come to lobby and try". By the time we where done with dinner ( before 9 pm) lobby was closed. They advertise a spa, it too is not operational and no eta on when it will be or even if it will reopen. I paid for a good ocean view. Which there was a semi truck parked infront of our room window. When I asked "OH yes he is sleeping in his cab, sorry for inconvenance". NO ocean view. The "continental breakfast" did not start till 8- 8:30 ( the latest I have ever heard of. ( so if you are chattering a fishing trip DONT plan on this one) And it is not a true continental breakfast. It is only muffins, bagel, coffee ( colored water) or tea. I could of got everything they advertised or my money back at a different place. I went by other reviews of this place. We where on first floor room 105, the "basement" was totally creepy looked like a morgue, the elevator growned the whole way up and down. YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO RETURN HERE!!!!

Staff was friendly. As said full breakfast all they had was 1/2 muffins with weak coffee no cream. Hotel cost discount I have stayed at hotels 10 minutes worth for 79.00 regular price that were much nicer. Also room did not have air conditioner had to open patio slider and listen to high way traffic just a few feet away all night got little sleep.

The Hotel was nice ..they got us more pillows the ones they had were quite flat. The room was large and we had a nice view of the ocean and had a little lani. We spent two nights there and had no real complaints. The only thing is that the contintal breakfast consists of muffins and coffee.

The location and view were well worth the stay. The fireplace made the mound of the oceam very enjoyable and warm. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back.

The view would have been great if we were one floor up. Front desk lady was rude. The room was Adequate but not overly nice. It smelled very strongly of fa-breeze, so much so we had to open the window for about an hour to help it clear out. My husband and I are allergic to fabreeze. I thought this was a newer hotel, but it seemed shabby with older furnishings. Basic cable, no HBO or whatever.

Nice view of the ocean. Close to downtown restaurants. Highway noise during the day but it did quite down at night. The room was very clean and recently updated. The ocean was right across the street and provided a spectacular view.

Nice view of the ocean, good location and close to everything. No cleaning service. Nice view, economical but some traffic noise and no room cleaning service. The location was great, between Lincoln City and Newport.

It was close to tourist attractions. It didn't have hardly anything for the breakfast. It has attractions within walking distance. Also it has places to shop within walking distance.

Friendly staff, excellent location, great views. Breakfast is offered, but it only consists of coffee and muffins. Had an excellent time, the beach is across the street, and it is walking distance to everywhere. Staff was super attentive.

Great view from balcony, clean and friendly staff. Sink back flow at the day we were checking out, and upstairs travelers had some kids and we heard running, moving chairs and opening drawers. The view was great from the balcony, clean but sink backed up the day we were checking out, we heard people above us with children running and opening drawers for hours starting at 9 pm when we came back from dinner. I did call the front desk and informed them, it seem calmer after 2 hours later.
