Based on the reviews I read before booking our rooms was not the actual picture presented when we arrived. WE did not feel comfortable staying here at all. The were holes in the walls, carpet torn up, ants in the kitchen, beds hard as a rock. Neibors stayed out drinking on the balcony, smoking and making a rucus until 2:30 in the morning. We orginally had booked for two nights but checked out after the first and went somewhere else. we will not be back.

We received all the amenities that we were looking for. No hook-ups on the television.

I will never stay at this hotel again ! The double room I reserved was not available because it is an EXTENDED stay hotel, and your reservation doesn't matter if the previous guests of your room decide to extend their stay. Your choice of rooms may not be available. Read the rules carefully next time. The room smelled horrible, and I couldn't stand it at all. I had no choice because all the hotels were booked up for the weekend, so I cut short my visit. I was refunded my money, but I think this happens often at this place.DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!

You definitely get what you pay for. I went with the cheapest hotel, and it showed. It's nothing more than a 3-story motel. Low price also attracted what I believe to be un-safe persons, too. This place is not just for people passing through; you get the sense that there are some long-term residents here, who aren't necessarily model citizens. I did not feel safe at this place.

I can't think of any. Roaches, rude staff, tiny room, smelled bad. When we arrived, we checked in, and went to our room. Being in pest control, I knew where to look for roaches, and I found them, and a lot of them. The shower was dirty, the room smelled bad, and it was thesmallest room I've ever stayed in. At 6:30 the next morning we were woken up by the maid who wasrude and told us the room was supposed to be vacant. We inquired about this at the desk when we checked out, and found they didn't even show that we checked in!

I would not recommend anyone staying here. There was a bad odor the minute we entered the room, but at 4am you're just ready to crash. Which leads me to ""bring your own pillows!"". The bed was okay, but I needed 2 pillows to feel comfortable & able to sleep. It is tight, cramped, and dirty. I went to use one of the cups & it was dirty. There is no dish soap or anything you will have to buy all your supplies. For one night it was not worth it, and I can't imagine anyone staying for more. It was also extremely difficult to find if you don't know the area.

Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. Needed an affordable place to stay while in Austin, and this was well worth the price for just a place to sleep.

Price. This hotel was filthy; trash all around; room smelled; bed hard. Very unattractive from the outside; hallways/stairwells filled with garbage bags overflowing with garbage; cigarette burns on the bed covers (I bought a cheap blanket and wrapped up in that on top of the covers at night), and bed was hard.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding in Burnet. The price was good but the room was small and we had a double bed. My fiance and I hardly slept because the bed was way too small for two people. They do offer rooms with two double or two queens but I was not able to change room/bed sizes since I already booked. The first room we stayed in was in the back of the hotel and all night we heard loud motorcycles roaring on the street behind the hotel and the pot/dishes were rusted/ditry. The second room we staryed in the next night was a little better. The noise level was better since we switched to the front of the building but there were some problems. First of all, the bathroom door was on backwards where the lock/towel hanger were on the outside. We had a few bug issues but I hate bugs and that's a long story. We had a few flies and a beetle that came up through the mini kitchen sink. The room was a non-smoking room, or so it seemed. As soon as we walked in, it smelled of smoke and the sheets and floor were coved with cig burns. I'm unsure if I would ever stay there again. I guess it's okay for a night but I recommend getting the bed upgrade when/if you book.

Nothing. Everything. The hotel staff smelled like he had been smoking pot, the carpet in the room was wet and smelled people drinking and smoking pot out in front of the rooms.

I got this hotel for a last minute trip to Austin for SXSW. It was ok. This hotel was no frills, clean. It was also kind of hard to get to off the highway though you can see it from the road.

Nothing. People ccoking outside my room, teenage kids having parties. Poor not worth a review.

An OK place if you are looking to save. It was neat, clean, no frills, no amenities but in a nice safe location. Probably no better value in the area.

Kitchenette was nice. Bed was sorta small. We enjoyed the amenities and the ease it was to get around the town by the location.

Nothing. Only the staff was good.I felt as though I was sleeping in a closet.

Price, accessibility, kitchen. Not being able to get into my room at 4:30 am when I arrived because the night assistant would notwake. Overall, service was as expected. Very reasonable price, easy to find. Guaranteed late night arrival did not work out and I ended up having to drive around looking for a diner until 7 am when the front desk opened.
