I thought that this hotel was very good for the price that i paid. The room was clean and it was queit. I was surprised by how clean and nice it was for the price it paid. I visit Spokane regualry and will be staying there again.

The beds were extremely hard. The iron and ironing board were broken. The pillows (we had 6) were waffer thin. Not a good experience. The area was... shady. I would recommend not staying here to anyone! No pool and ther "residents" were questionable.

Nothing. Beds, towels, no trash can in room and no shampoo.

I enjoyed my extended stay here. I found the staff to be always friendly and helpful. What you receive for the money paid is very much a bargain when you compare other properties. I could have stayed in a more expensive place and received less in return. If you overlook this property it would be a mistake on your part. I will be staying here again when I return to Spokane. Beds are firm however, so don't expect cushy softness.

This hotel is in an ok area, relatively close to the airport. The office is closed in the evenings, so you'll have to call for assistance if you need a late check in. The response time was fast for this. The room we were in was smallish with only a full-size bed, a kitchenette, updated bathroom. The room was clean but smelled like urine and the mattress was very very hard. Not in a supportive way. In a wood or cement type of way. My husband said I was being snooty, but I did not feel we were getting our money's worth, if only because of the smell and the bed. Nice staff, clean room, but I would caution you to be willing to try a few rooms if you want to stay there.

Air conditioner didn't work, bed was hard. I have stayed at this hotel in the past. The condition of the public areas were deplorable. The air conditioner didn't work, the bed was hard and the counters in the kitchen had not been cleaned. I do not think this establishment deserves a 2 star rating, will not stay here again.

I would definitely stay here again. I had an athletic competition the next day and was hoping for a quiet restful night of sleep; which I was able to get. Friendly staff advised me on area resutrants.

The Crossland was EVERYTHING I hoped for in an extended stay hotel. The room was clean, and everything was exactly as advertised. The studio kitchen appliances worked and allowed me to "eat in" most of the time. High Speed Internet really was high speed. Very comfortable bed. Very accomodating staff that, on request, placed me in a ground floor room. No noise issues, and I could park my car right outside the door. The location in the Spokane Valley is a bit of a drive from city center, but is easily accessible from I90, which helps to avoid road construction and traffic tie ups. If you're looking for a luxury hotel outside of Disneyland, this is not it. But for those on business who need clean, friendly, economical place to stay, this is the one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bed was extremely hard andno filters for coffee maker i would stay here again if in area - price was great, location was good and overall it was a pleasant experience.

I liked the rooms with the kitchenette.. They even had pans and dishes ,coffemaker ,silverware etc.. I was only there for two days so didn't get to utilize the kithchen much. The downside, a terrible room freshener hidden in the air conditioner ,so using that only made the smell stronger even after i removed it... Other than that everyone was friendly and the place was really clean and upbeat for a low dollar place.. It's a multi story hotel kinda motel.. Nice laundry facility.. Overall i was happy and felt safe and like i got a good bargain.. Not the most ideal if you are on a scenic vacation perhaps ,but definitely a great bargain for business or necessity..

I need bed & internet and little more - and I got it here at a decent price - location was good for me at the East end of the Valley

Aside from it's location, there was nothing special about this hotel. Room was cramped, no ice machine, freezer didn't freeze, had to pay for internet, bloated pet fee. Aside from it's location, there isnothing special about this place. There is no pool, no ice machine, they charge forextremely slow internet. The room had a small kitchenette with only 3 place settings, and a mini fridge with a freezer that didn't freeze. The beds were super hard. The money that we saved by booking through Priceline we spent when the hotel nickel and dimmed us for stuff in other words,I will not stay at the hotel ever again.

They allow pets and long-term occupants. A dog barked continuously from 11pm until 1am, and the lobby was closed. The room was clean, but the building/grounds were not. The stairway hasn't been cleaned in years. This feels more like a $20/night hotel than $50/night. I was alone, and would not bring my family here.

Have no complaints was enjoyable to stay at. I would stay there again although it was a little far from downtown Spokane.

Has refrigerator and microwave. No pool, no bathtub. No ice machine. Dirty socks under the bed. Too expensive. The location of this hotel was remote from town. The room has a refrigerator and microwave, which is nice for business travelers, but no bathtub. There is no ice machine on the premises, no pool or jacuzzi and no other common areas and grounds. No hairdryer in the room. Our non-smoking room was smoky. We found dirty socks and candy bar wrappers under the bed. We paid about $100 per night which is way too expensive for this accommodation.

"Dont waste your money. You can find a much cleaner, quieter place with far more amenities here in Spokane for the same or slightly more money. Pulled the headboard off the wall and found dozens of bedbugs. Carpets are stained. No vending machines. Long term guests here are drunks and drug users."

Great location, friendly staff and very good value for price. Will definitely use this hotel on my return to Spokane.

Nothing. Hotel was Filthy, Bed was Hard and tiny. This hotel was rated as a 2 star hotel - No way was it anything except a -1. The General areas were dirty. The room was terrible and the bed was at best a double that was as hard as the floor. Don't even consider this hotel.
