The hotel lobby, outside and location was great. Bed was infested with bugs. Over all the hotel was great, the room was excellent but on account of bugs on the bed, I canceled my second night and had to find other accommodations.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
The rooms were like apartments. The beds were too small for two people.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Close to shopping. Quality and comfort of room. The hotel staff was friendly and even gave us another room as the first room we had wreaked of cigarette smoke. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the room itself was not very cozy.

Clean room & fully stocked. Secruity in parking lot at night. Cockroach under refrigerator. Crosslands NW - RIght off 290. Close to Wal-Mart. Short drive to Pinemont Park & Ride. Security all night in parking lot. Room was clean and fully stocked with pillows, blanket, towels, soap, and coffee.
Date of Stay:

If you want a bed and internet this is the place. Not much else to offer This hotel is good for business. No frills but a room, internet, cook top and shower. Staff was helpful and they have security at night which is needed in this area and a real plus.

Friendly service; room had everything I needed. Smoke detector needed a battery - it kept chirping. Crosslands Houston Northwest is a little bit hard to find, but it is very centrally located for this part of Houston and a great value compared to other options nearby. While the room was small, the kitchenette was very convenient and the room had everything I needed for a two-night stay.

Nobody wasthere to greet us. When confronted, was told there was and that I was wrong. Very unaccommodating with me when they made a mistake.

Nothing. Everything. Super poor and arrogant customer service, bad and very small rooms, no facilities(no iron and coffee), didnt even were providing coffee after 1st stay! Dont at all go for this hotels.

Clean and free wireless. Friendly people and comfortable place with stove, fridge, microwave, kitchen supplies and free wireless at a reasonable price.
Date of Stay:

Price . There was shower only, no bath tub. Good but basic accommodations. Clean rooms. Friendly front desk staff.
Date of Stay:
June, 2007
Nothing. Noisy neighbors, security & staff completely unresponsive to the problem. Entire stay ruined by noisy neighbors and lack of concern by staff. Made 6-8 calls to complain but female security officer was more interested in flirting with the men rather than quieting them. Desk clerk the next morning called me rude for complaining.
Date of Stay:
May, 2007
Not much. The staff could not even tell us how to get to our room, she was on the phone and wanted to get back to them rather than help us, not friendly or smart. The rooms are very small, bathroom was not clean, the staff could not explain where our room was and was too busy talking on the phone to stop and help us. She could not go out of her way to help us with anything.
Date of Stay:

Shower had seat, that was nice. Internet problems, phone wouldn't reach desk, Fire alarm went off, took an hour to quiet it down, Manager on duty had no help to deal with problems. OK for a basic traveler, but wouldn't want to stay there again due to internet / phone issues.
Date of Stay:

The room was clean. Very, very small rooms. The hotel room was the smallest I have ever seen, and I travel a lot. However, The room was clean and comfortable. It is only suitable for a single traveler.
Date of Stay:
January, 2006
I was able to sleep there and not have to drive. There was vomit in the hall for two days. Fairly nasty, never anyone at the front desk.
