Where to start? We checked in at 2:30PM before heading out to a concert in the area. Upon arriving, we were supposed to get a room that included two double beds which is what I had paid for. The lady at the front desk gave my friend and I a run-around for 1/2 an hour saying she didn't have any rooms available even though orbitz is supposed to "guarentee" there reservations. The lady called places around the area to try to book us into a room somewhere else, however how was I to know they weren't going to send me to a place down the street that was run down? I voiced my disatisfaction and the lady at the front counter offered to give us two separate rooms one next to the other for the same price. Although not happy, I took the deal. The air conditioner in my room failed to cool the room and it smelled like smoke even though they were supposed to be smoke free rooms. Overall, I was disatisfied with the service I received from both orbitz and this hotel and would not return there again. BTW getting to the parking lot for this hotel is a nightmare with no clear entrance.

Dirty, and can not free access to internet. Do not recommend any friends to live.

The room smelled smoky. I came in late around 3:30am.....and there's was a phone which you are supposed to call and get checked in but no one answered. I spend my first night sleeping in the parking lot in the car

The hotel was fine. We were looking for something cheap and with easy access to Philadelphia. The Crossland Philadelphia was both of those things. The air conditioner smelled up the room a bit, and I'm not sure I'd want to look at the bed sheets under a blue light, but for $60 a night, you couldn't expect anything more. It was safe, and it's super easy to check in and out.

The kitchenette. Definitely 1 star a bit dull & shabby. Not a bad place to stay for a night or two but don't worry, you wont get too comfortable.

I tried to save some money...what a mistake. The hotel is VERY difficult to get to in regards to finding it. The room was FILTHY and extremely small. There were bits of food and crumbs all over the ""kitchenette"", hair on the carpet, and dirt/gravel on the floor. When the door was closed, you could see sunlight all along the door (nothing like waking up with bugs on your pillow!)A huge disappointment but like I started with, you get what you pay for. Don't take a chance, stay someplace else!

Room prepared for guest did not satisfy me. Problem a/c needed service, Kitchen utensils missing, television remote missing, clock radio missing, rug very dirty and room. My forth day rug still needed attention. Hope this helps.

The staff was very friendly and gave upgrades for free. The roads to get to it are confusing. Very nice stay.

Very helpful desk staff.

It was cheap. The dresser drawer was falling apart, the carpet was worn. The persons I spoke with at the office were very nice. The room itself was small. There was a dresser in the room which was broken. The remote for the television was broken. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable, although I have stayed at nicer places for less.

Sticky floors. Cigarette burns on the bedspread, floor and tabletop. For a non-smoking room, it smelled stale. Lumpy pillows. Threadbare towels. Sagging bed. There are plenty of other reasonably priced accommodations in the area where you'll have a much better night's sleep. This was a truly awful experience.

Mini fridge. Dirt under the table, sock under the bed. The staff at the hotel was really nice, but that was about the only good thing. There was a sock under the bed when we got there, the floor was really dirty under the table, and the cover for the knobs on the AC was broken. The room was tiny too!

It is a good and cheap place to live sometime. But there is no iron and hair blower in room. It is a pity.

Love the set up! It was indeed better than I expected.

The room was clean but definitly economy. It has an outside entrance, about 15 feet square, 4 painted cinder block walls, below window heat and AC no closet, just an open hanger rack. Furniture looked like second hand Walmart. The room did have a microwave, fridge and stove. It served it's purpose for a one night stay, staff was very nice and checkin/out was painless. I might stay here again but would probably check out some of the other national economy chains first.

I have stayed here recently and my only complaint in the past was that the beds were hard and the rooms could use an update.

Staff was friendly. Location is great. Rooms could use an update. Beds are hard. Staff is nice the locations is great. The rooms could use some updating at the very least more comfortable beds. Charging $4.95 for the internet use is ridiculous!

Convenient location close to many attractions and Highways. Staff was both friendly and helpful. The Crosslands offers something for everyone. Weather your traveling for business or pleasure this hotel has something to make you feel right at home.

They had a laundry room. I thought that the hotel was a good hotel. The attendants was courteous and helpful.

Staff friendly Hotel was very difficult to find. Room is small. I had to stop three times to verify hotel location and directions. Hotel address did not come up on GPS correctly. The desk clerk told me that many people have a hard time finding the hotel.
