Hotel states security on duty until 7am, but are only there to 4am. Keys magnetic strips kept not working. Thank goodness we were not trying to get back in after 11pm when checkin desk closed. Beds are hard as a rock. Clean towels only once every 7 days? Thank goodness we were there with Orbitz only 2 and one additional night on our own. We had to check out from Orbitz so we insisted on clean towels. Not to mention that checking out and back in was very confusing for staff. One staff actually wanted us to pack up and recheck in later that afternoon. Luckly we convinced them otherwise. I did not want to leave computer and expensive camera in car all day (to hot). Have to pay additional for internet service (only place I have ever had to pay extra for this service).

The beds were fairly comfortable and parking was free. No amenities whatsoever. The staff person we dealt with was young and inexperienced and gave us bad phone directions, then argued with me when I brought it to her attention upon check-in. There was no ice, there was no pool, there was no continental breakfast or even a work center - there was really nothing except a vending machine. I could have stayed at Motel 6and had a pool.

I was no satisfied with the quality of the Crossland Hotel. I stayed before in an Extended Stay and I was expecting the same quelity but it was very inferior. The room had a funny smell and the mattress squeaked every time I move. The shower was very small and the water came out even with the shower curtain fully closed.I would not recommend this hotel to any body.

It was an alright stay. I expected more out of the kitchenette and the refrigerator was small and did not keep the food very cold. The beds were a bit hard but overall, for the money it was okay. Probably would not stay there again though. I'd opt to pay a bit more for better amenities.

Excessive noise and linens are changed daily. This place was clean, but they don't change the linens daily which I didn't know before hand.

Met my needs. Very small room, hard bed. Very inexpensive. Room came with bed, (very small, think it was a double), but the room came with a kitchen sink, mini stove, mini fridge and microwave. Housekeeping was accomplished at an extra charge. I was there only three days so I didn't need it.

TV didn't work, staff wasnot helpful to resolve matter.

Nothing. Hotel staff, argumentative and disrespectful. We agreed to an upgrade for a double room, however it wasn't available at check in.

Staff would not clean room even once a week had to complain to get service. The hotel served its purpose for me. Location to work place. Room was small and bed was too hard, staff was lazy and indifferent. Location was not good for taking walks and outdoor activities. Safety is questionable in this area. The parking lot has a security guard 24/7 this did give me peace of mind in leaving my car in the lot. No swimming pool. The cost was the only reason I stayed.

The people were so friendly. Nothing. The hotel was very convenient to my work. It was too bad the TV remote did not work, but that was minor. I appreciated the AM coffee. The staff was very friendly.

Clean bathroom, clean room. Stains on carpet, and noisy/poorly insulated, could hear neighbors and anyone outside. Location was great for our trip.

I really enjoyed the friendly and courteous treatment from the staff. Your employee was very helpful with things I needed for the room. I did not have any dislikes with your hotel. The Crossland Hotel was a nice place to stay. It had user friendly rooms and was centrally located between Towne Center and The Tacoma Mall. I would recommend that you stop by and give it a try.

The staff was friendly. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The staff was friendly. They only cleaned our room once in the week we were there and if we wanted to get it cleaned again they wanted to charge us for it. The kitchenette was nice to have. The shower was to small and the beds were very, hard and extremely uncomfortable.

Close to freeway. Staff was incompetent. Had to re-key my room keys twice. 1st time was after security entered my room to verify my occupancy, 2nd time they goofed. Very small rooms. Okay for single travelers. Bed was very firm. Room had Bed, small closet, TV, small table, kitchenette, and bathroom. The hotel was recently painted, but the carpet was somewhat older.

Convenient, easy access to highway. It was noisy at times- I could hear the water running from the upstairs shower & it woke me up in middle of night. Good for business travelers.

The rooms have all the comforts of home. The fact that they let the travelers animals poop in the grass in front of your room. The price that I paid was great it was well worth it. My hotel stay was nice, I just wished that they had a better selection of TV channels to watch.

Low price, the availability of a kitchen. Not professional staff. The hotel is cheap so I cannot complain too much. The availability of a kitchen pays for the lack of restaurants around. The hotel staff messed with my room twice - first time I received keys from the dirtiest room not touched after the previous tenants moved out. Second time - when I was given someone else's room (clean, however) and we found that out in the middle of the night when the other tenants (or who knows who) tried to opened it, and then came back with the maid pretending they "left some possessions". What a shame for the hotel!

Convenient location. The hotel could have been cleaner. Very simple accommodations, what you would expect from a 1 star hotel.

It had a small kitchen. Nice to store drinks, leftovers, etc. The bed was as hard as a rock! Like cement with a sheet on it. It was fine for an overnight stay. For business travel, it is convenient to have the small kitchen. However, I could not have slept in the bed another night. I ached all over the next morning! It was terrible.

The staff was extremely helpful. It didn't have an oven. It was great for mixing work with pleasure with my wife.
