Room was okay for price. Only stayed one night if I was staying more than one night I would have stayed elsewere. Room had a musky oder but after air conditioner ran for awhile it was okay. Carpet needs replacing.

This hotel is pretty decent for the price and location. The biggest problem Ive encountered is the lack of housekeeping.I spent a total of ten days there without once seeing a housekeeper. If I needed anything,(toilet paper, towels etc) I had to go get it myself from the front desk. When I questioned the front desk they'd say something like "You're scheduled for later today/tomorrow" but that apparently never came. There are zero ammenties, not even an ice machine but the location is fantastic. No more than a couple mins on foot from about 6 resturaunts and about 5 mins from 10 more driving.Downtown Ft.Worth is about 10-15 mins away.Theres actually a decent view of downtown if you're on the backside of the hotel. The rooms were small, but livable and clean when I checked in.Filthy by the time I left due to lack of housekeeping.Tons of parking.

Very friendly staff. Was not a very clean room and should put a small coffee pouch in for overnight stays. There were dirty dishes on counter at check in. OK if you bring your own pillow and do not expect it to be a clean room. Very nice and friendly staff and also helpful. Also be prepared to find dirty dishes upon check in to room. Has a coffee pot but are too cheap to even give a small one time use of coffee like in most hotels like that and I have stayed in several just like it even same company and they are the only ones that are too cheap to even give a one time use pouch.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was on the ground floor. Glad I brought my earplugs - early morning diesel trucks start-ups would have made for interrupted sleep. This place is conveniently located to the freeway and many reasonable dining establishments (Luby's my favorite). North Beach Street goes directly to an Albertson's and Kroeger (safeway) stores, Walgreens etc. So you can pick up items and use the kitchenette in the room.

The hotel thought hangers were an ""ammenity"" and the bedspread had a huge hole in the middle of the bed. The hotel was clean and had kitchenette features, however they didn't supply coffee or let your purchase it either. No hair dryers. The iron or ironing board was not available unless requested at the front desk. No soap to do dishes if I wanted to and there was no place to buy these items close buy. Would be nice if they had the items available for sale at least. No use in having the coffee maker without coffee, etc.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed coverings were stained in many places.

I booked a non-smoking suite with 2 double beds and when I got there all they had was a smoking room with a single double bed. Their comment, ""Take it up with online travel website, this is all we have available."" Don't bother with this place, there is a reason the price is so low!!!!!

Good location. Very small. Overall it was good enough for what we needed. And the price was the best we could find & can't complain too much.

Confirmed for non-smoking, but was given smoking with no non-smoking rooms available. No apology at all. Room smelled like an ashtray. Guest partying on the balcony all night and managment wouldn't do a thing. No housekeeping except once a week or when you leave. Room in poor condition. I would NEVER stay there again on a bet.

I stayed here and loved the hotel. The people were great and the rooms have gone through renovation. I was close to restaurants and Fort Worth. I hope to stay again soon.

Unfortunately nothing. You had to take you towels to the office for clean ones. The room was not cleaned very well and had stains in the carpet. If you wanted clean towels you had to had deliver your dirty ones to the office for exchange and there was no maid service. I am not even sure that they cleaned the room before I came. It seemed more like a flop house than a hotel. It was very disappointing and I did not stay the full visit there. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially not a family with children.

Nothing. Hard beds, unreliable staff. This was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, just an all around bad stay.

Close to highway. Dirty, the floors were damp and smelled awful. The hotel was dirty, there were no ice machines, and the staff was distracted with personal issues rather than pay attention to guests. The beds were the most uncomfortable Ive ever been in. I guess it's to be expected with a 1 star hotel. However they were the worst 1 star Ive ever stayed in.

It was close to the freeway. Not the best area. It was adequate for the purpose that we needed it for, which was simply a place to lay our heads. Provided a coffee maker but no coffee? No irons in the room.
Date of Stay:
March, 2008
Cheap. Everything else about the room was poor. The room was very sparse and the key did not work each night we returned to the room. There was only one coffee cup and the clerk at the front desk was not willing to give us another cup. The room did not have any Kleenex.

It was close to lots of restaurants. It was horrible all the way around. This hotel smelled like and dirty locker room. It was not clean at all I had to purchase room fresheners and the beds were broken. Mattresses were stiff and old. The so called pillows were not even pillows it was like sleeping on just the mattress.

The price was great. There was no maid service at all. We were there for 6 days! The room was small, minimally and cheaply furnished, and was showing its age. The hotel staff is snippy and short-tempered when they're there at all; I had to wait 45 minutes for the desk clerk to return (there was a sign that said "be back in 5"--ha!). Worst of all, though, the room has only one tiny trash can in the bathroom and only weekly maid service! Imagine the diapers that had accumulated in the six days we were there! If you're traveling with an infant steer clear of this one for sure!

The parking and walk up to room was nice. They did not have house keeping. If you need a nice place to stay for business and don't need anything fancy then this is a place to go.
Date of Stay:
December, 2007
Size of the room. Construction. Hard to get to because of construction, but nice place to stay.
