Only 27 miles from the Country Fair so I had a nice quiet evening the night before I left for the fabulous fair. The room was a pleasant surprise and the price was so affordable. Close to the Gateway Mall. I will definitely return to the Crossland when next in the Springfield/Eugene area.

Room met none of our expectations, bare minute furnishings and uncomfortable. Questionable location.

Not bad for pricing, too far from Oregon campus, many closer hotels we found after arriving, bed was too stiff, chairs were to low back and rigid, did not have extra pillows or towels. Did not have a lot of community information regarding area. Also about 20 minutes from airport. Daily cleaning service was not available. Shower did have good pressure, Pots and pans were stainless steel but had nothing to scour baked on food with. Taxi service to any area of inerest was from $15- $20 per trip. No grocery stores or convenience stores within wallking distance. We made do with it, and ended up with an achy shoulder and neck lasting for six days now.

I was attending the USATF Nationals Meet in Eugene. The hotel was easily reached and the location from Eugene was a short, pleasant drive. I had some time and would have enjoyed a pool. All the staff were very nice and extremely helpful.

Affordable, adequate, good location. Some of the other guest looked a little scary. I read the reviews after I paid for the room. I got worried, the reviews were not that good. However, everything about the experience was better than I expected and I would definitely do it again if I got the same price.

To start off I would like to say the front desk staff was wonderful very friendly and helpful. But other than that the hotel was awful. The room was not very clean. The bathroom towels had hair on them. The bathroom floor had hair all over it, and lets just say it wasn't hair from your head. It was pretty disgusting.

I travel year 'round, and this hotel was the worst for comfort that I have ever experienced. The beds were very hard and the a/c did not cool the room. I would never stay there again.

Price. Check in time quoted was inaccurate. Clean, functional and comfortable. Check in time listed was inaccurate so we had to wait for our room, otherwise very satisfied for the price.

Smaller than I thought it would be, but overall for the price just what you think you would get. Could of had extra blankets, and there is no counter space in the bathroom...but my room was clean and the staff was nice.

Room was nice but because of 4th there was a lot of fireworks set off on the street. Otherwise, room was cool while it was hot outside

The remote had no batteries and charged $10 extra for 2 beds. The hotel was pk but I had to pay $10.00 extra for two beds. I never had a room that the batteries were taken from the remote so you had to get out of bed to change the channel or turn it off. The toilet clogged the first time we flushed it. It was near one restaurant but that was it. Not by any stores but dairy-mart.

Even though I booked my room to be NON-smoking and had the paperwork to prove it, I got stuck with a smoker's room anyway and the clerk wouldn't even look for another room that was non. Everything I asked she responded "I don't know." And I couldn't even use the phone in my room. The bed was so loud, but the part that bothered me most was the fact that I had to go around smelling like cigarettes and didn't want to be in my room much because of the odor. Definitely NOT staying here again.

The pet policy was unclear. On checkout, I didn't receive a folio with the charges which would have made my travel report more timely.

Not really clean, unfriendly staff, and uncomfortable. This hotel did not have a friendly staff. Also when we got to our room it had crumbs in the bed, a rotten potatoe in the cabinet, and was very unclean. Over all this hotel was not one i would return to ever.

I had a corner room so it was VERY noisy with people in the hall on both sides. The room was tiny and the bed was so squeaky, if you rolled in the slightest way, the whole thing sounded like it would collapse. Stains on the floor and creepy people outside. They said they had security in the parking lot all night - I never saw them. Otherwise, room was decently clean and the receptionist was nice enough.

Attending a regional sporting event brounght us to Crossland. We were looking for a single-night,lower-priced accomadation - which it did fulfill. The building looked fresh and was located in a very quiet area and having a kitchenette was nice. However, there were so many disappointments, we would not book a room there again. First, the room was tiny even for one person. If a long stay was required, it would have been impossible. For example, with two of us we continually were tripping over one another or the meager furniture or our luggage (one small sports duffle?). And, though tidy and mostly clean, the construction work was so shoddy that the shower drain constantly slipped out of it's spot (possible cut foot on the over-long exit pipe?) and the kitchenette doors had to be closed exactly right (several tries before they would latch). Attachment of the outside safety railings was also poorly done (another possible safely issue?) and the curtain rod wouldn't allow complete closure of the daylight drapes (privacy AND comfort problems). The IDEA of the Crossland is terrific - low cost accomadation with true daily-living extras for those who must stay for a longer time. But even if our travel required a long stay, we still would not book the Crossland. The addition of just ONE comfortable chair and a "table/desk" space of usable size could make a difference - unfortunately the rooms are just too small to cram them in. My college dorm room was easily half again as big.

I like that it had a kitchen. The bed was hard and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Overall it served its purpose.

For the price the rooms were clean and quiet. All the rooms have a kitchen with settings and pots and pans. The only drawback is the beds were hard and thin but I slept fine.

Clean and reasonable price. Kids playing loudly outside the room until about 10:00 pm.

The hotel was clean and neat. But the service could do a lot better.
