The bed was harder than the floor, the toilet ran all night, not enough coffee in room for a three night stay.

It has a fridge and microwave so saves money on eating out. Beds are hard. This is a reasonable place to stay if you want to save money on food and lodging and we've stayed here before.

The Crossland Tacoma was not too bad for a single night passing through. Though it's designed for the traveler on an extended stay, I can't reccomend for more than a short time. It is a typical budget hotel, but it was clean and exactly what it was supposed to be.

It was a nice place and really quiet. Had to drive to a latte stand. Out of coffee in room. This met my needs for my short trip. It was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms appear small, but how much space does one person need. With all the latte stands in WA I'm surprised there isn't one closer to the hotel (restaurants too!).

The Crossland Tacoma - Puyallup was an excellent value for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was much larger than expected.

Friendly staff. Too many dogs pooping around the grounds and the dog owners do not pick it up. Smell terrible.

Easy in, easy out, simple living quarters, cost effective, clean, helpfull, friendly staff at the office.

Economical with kitchen so we didn't have to spend a lot on eating out. Location wasn't great. Good deal for economy travel with ability to eat in. Small but adequate.

Quiet location. I've stayed here before because I like the quiet and safe feeling of the area.

Had a microwave, stove and mini fridge. Very small. Room and bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just a lot smaller than I was looking for.

There was a slight musty smell to room as though not used in a while or old decor. But everything was clean.

It was clean and close to event I was attending. The room was a little small, but good for one person. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small, but okay for one person.

It was nice to have a kitchenette available. This hotel is only made for long stay bussiness guests, the beds were small and very uncomfortable. My complaints are that, even though it was relatively clean, and it had a kitchenette, it was very hard to get to the room, hard to find by our map quest directions, because the street changes names three different times. The bed was a full size, cheap and very uncomfortable. Smoking rooms were right next to non-smoking rooms.

Not expensive, nice about check-out time. The room smelled like someone vomited a gallon of cheap vodka under the bed. Great place to stay on a budjet, very comfortable for the price. The beds are firm but I like that. Make sure your room doesn't have any weird smells when you check in so you can change your room before it's too late.

For 1-2 people needing to bed down it met the basic needs-bedding, warmth, privacy, bath with shower, facilities and dishes to fix food and friendly. Small. No shampoo. Impressive use of small space. Very plain, small, but very functional. Friendly. Good location in Puyallup. A good spot for some one on a budget traveling in the area.

Very nice front desk staff, helpful! Somewhat noisy area, near highway and train. Room smelled like smoke, It was immediately taken care of and we were moved to another room.

We were surprised on the size and how nice it was. There is nothing to say bad. The rating is too low !

Kitchenette let us have breakfast in the room. No office staff at check out at 5:30 am. The property was mostly quiet, even with trains running near by. Fairly new property, so it's still rather clean and fresh looking. Internet services for a flat rate for entire stay were nice. And it wasn't that high either, $5. Would choose to stay there again.

Kitchen and close to where my business was. Very hard bed! Have stayed here several times. It meets my needs very well.

Clean, had a fridge and microwave, great warm shower. Can't think of anything. I was very satisfied. I just needed a clean place with a bed, bath, fridge, and microwave. The one person I talked to was very friendly and helpful.
