It was clean outside and not in a bad neighborhood either. The staff was not very talkive but very attentive with your needs, if any. I got a clean and quiet room which was fantastic at 3 in the morning. Check out was smooth and there were not any issues. Location was bad though when it came down to driving 35 mins out of my way to go see a movie at IMAX however thats my only complaint. I would come here again.

The bed/pillows were comfortable. Bed not big enough for two/no maid service for two night stay. Hotel could use an overall makeover, or drop the prices.

Staff was RUDE and LAZY. Room was SMALL and disgustingly FILTHY! When we pulled the bed covers down, we found cracker crumbs, hairs and a dirty napkin! We called front desk and asked for clean linens. Manager came an hour later to change bedding. She was unapologetic and acted as if we had some nerve to ask for CLEAN linens! There were prostitutes hanging out in the parking lot. Worst motel experience we've ever had but what did we expect for th price? "

While attempting to sleep on this rock hard bed in this particular room it got to the point that I got up and departed at 3:30am back to Los Angeles. The room was nice, but get rid of the bed! I could have saved my money by sleeping in my towncar. Also, do not ever book thru Orbitz!!! I got billed twice duje to cancellation and then re-booking the same room and being double billed which is a total rip off!!!

There were instances where small insects (bugs) were noticed near the kitchen area. Otherwise, a relatively good stay.

Well appointed room. Convenient fridge and microwave. After the spacious room the night before this one seemed small, however it was very adequate. Nice room, convenient amenities fridge and microwave. Well located near the freeway.

It's a bit small but for the price OK. It was clean and if you were out and about it's worth the price. Didn't spend much time in room was in AZ for Spring Training so it fit my needs. My problem was no hair dryers in room and you had to check out iron boards from office, also NO pool which for summer in AZ is a must. But it was fair for me."

Crossland Phoenix is very far from just about EVERYTHING. The neighborhood is somewhat questionable. There was not a hairdryer in the room and although they claimed you could request one from the front desk, when we did so, they told us they only had one and it was not returned. The only positive thing I can say is that it's clean.

It was near where I conducted business. The hooker knocking on my door offering services. Overall, the hotel was nice, well kept, well lighted. It is in a highly used street walker and homeless people area.

Room was not that big, but I wasn't paying for the size..Carpets were filthy. shower was good. Dobule bed was extremely small and uncomfortable. fire alarm went off once while we were there, and I was told by a regular that it goes off 2-3 times/ week. Annoying. For the money--OK...Just a place to sleep."

Don't waste your time staying at this hotel. I've spent many a nights at various hotels and never once did they make you wait till 3PM before checking in. Even though I stayed more than one night no room service was offered. If I wanted clean towels I would either have to walk to the front desk to exchange the ones that I had or pay for additional services. The hallways were filthy, and the trash wasn't emptied one time during my stay. Pay a couple extra dollars and stay someplace else.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, mattress was very lumpy and hard. Staff was friendly and helpful, didn't have wake up service, room was very used and didn't smell good.

This hotel in Phoenix is in an all Mexican area of Phoenix so all the stores and all the places to each nearby are Mexican. Some of the places to eat where very good and affordable but if you don't like Mexican foods you will have to do some driving to get to somewhere else. The bathrooms in this hotel are very big and very clean and this impressed me greatly. If you have another person with you then you need to get another bed in the room because they are not that big. The kitchen has all your basic needs that include a stove and microwave so this made the trip a lot more enjoyable since I was able to make snacks when I wanted and I always didn't have to leave the room to get food. The room over all was very clean but another downfall is that the tv is maybe 19 inches and you only get a handfull of channels to watch. I would honestly have no problem staying at this hotel again in the future.

Location to highway access. No non-smoking rooms available at time of stay. The hotel is very good for a 1 star rating, needs better beds as they are not very soft (hard on the back) the access to the highways are good and plenty of places close to eat, and corner stores very close. Over all this is a good value for the price.

"The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, but the location was pretty bad. When we arrived the taxi driver told us not to walk around by ourselves. I did not sleep very well because I was worrying about the area and my safety. "

The hotel is located close to I-10 which afforded easy access to to routes around the area. The hotel appearance was clean and the grounds were well maintained. It was a good valuse for the price as long as you did not spend a lot of time in the room. The room was smal but comfortable, it was clean but had not been up-dated in soom time.

Nothing. Very dirty. Carpet in room was dirty and had a foul smell in it. Outside did not look very welcoming or safe.
