The Hotel was dirty and the other occupants were loud.

Plenty of hot water. Terrible hotel,no ice, no ice machine, horrible bed. I would hope that no one would have to stay at this hotel I am never booked at this hotel again. I thought the price was extremely high for the quality of the hotel and its facilities or lack of. I have been stuck here twice and this time was almost as bad as the last time.

Nothing. Everything. Too small rooms, no maid service andbeds were tiny.

The Crossland Sulfur/Lake Charles is conveniently located right off I-10. If you're staying there to avoid the high costs of the Casino Hotels, this is a great pick. Just remember Exit 23 (Sulphur) off I-10.

It was dirty, no hair dryer and coffee.

Nasty...blood stain on the comforter...cigarette burn marks on the carpet and bed. Unidentified large grey stain on the extremely small shower floor...the room was SUPER SUPER tiny...paint peeling off the walls...right next to the highway...you could hear semi's blowing by all night...it was like there was no insulation. The place looks newer and nice from the outside...I wasn't expecting a whole lot...but wow...this was bad...I slept fully dressed and wore shoes in the shower the next morning. We ended up cancelling the next morning...I'm not one to complain...I should have known better...its my own fault and won't make the mistake again!!! I hope you don't either!!!!

Location. No vending machines. Very easy to get to and reasonable for sleeping in.

Helpful staff. Sheets not changed - dirty. Overall the hotel was filthy: trash in stairwells, stench of rotting trash in cans, upkeep of hotel was less than stellar even for an economy hotel. I expected more.

Friendly staff and convenient location to Lake Charles, La. Too much noise in early morning from another room. I enjoyed my stay at Cross land, but I did not like riding the same elevator with stench from the heavy drippy garbage cans that they use to haul those cans. The motel only has one elevator.

Good location for my purpose. Too much smoke odor and the lack of hot or warm water. This is a low budget hotel. It was clean and neat. There were obviously pets in the other guest rooms. There was a strong odor of smoke. We were not able to change rooms. This is a hotel I will not stay in again.

Easy to check-in. The bathroom ceiling was disgusting. At first glance, the room appeared clean. But during my shower, I looked up at the ceiling and it was disgusting.

Easy to get to. Stairway and sidewalk needed power washing. The room was very small; but clean and comfortable enough for a one night stay. The hotel is right off the Interstate, near Lake Charles, and easy to get to. The room had a kitchen area which contained basic utensils, etc. However, you had to purchase coffee packages from the vending machine.
