We had a good expirience. The staff was friendly and amiable. I would definately book there again.

Had microwave, refrigerator, utensils, stove, good for stay of more than one night. No after-hour customer service paid internet. This hotel is good for people staying more than one night who pick up things on the way back from work and eat while working in the hotel room Ican make tea on the stove whenI want leave my sandwich and soda in the refrigerator and heat up whenI want to.

Front desk was amazingly friendly and helpful. Not a hotel if you want a ton of amenities - it's an economy suite, which means you pretty much take care of it yourself. They offer several options you can add on, cleaning every day and such, but I really didn't need it. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with essentials but no toaster. Bed was okay, pillows were awesome. One issue I had is that the wireless internet was pretty good; however, I had been downloading a large file and they shut off my internet connection because i was creating too much traffic. I had to call into the help desk and spoke to someone for a half hour before they told me what they had done - there was no way for me to know why my internet wasn't working. The location is good - on a major road and about halfway between Seattle and Tacoma. Access to the freeway is quick and easy, and there are several grocery stores and restaurants in the area for meal choices. If you're going into Seattle, make sure to give yourself some extra time due to congestion and construction. All in all, I would stay here again if I wanted a cheap, no-frills room with the basics for not a lot of cash.

The price was good, and was the wireless internet. The room, and bathroom were very dirty. Long hairs in the shower. The bed was like sleeping on cement. Other than that, the exterior is clean and nice, and it was close to what I needed.

Room facilities, and laundry. Elevators don't work. Good clean and facilities that we wanted at a reasonable price. This was all we needed.

My kids and I went up to washington for a family reunion. I booked this hotel, even though I read the bad ratings. I figured, the people rating were probebly too picky. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor. The maintenance guy came to clean it up and he was very nice, but the lady, Evelyne, that works at the front desk was horrible. She was very disrespectful, and tryed to dismiss me as if I were a child. I complained to the mamager of this womans incompetance and rudeness, and all he wanted to do was to shut me up, so he told me he would credit one night stay back to my card. Well, because I booked it through Travel agent , evidently they got the back, not me. After I got home, I called the manager back to let him know the hadn't been applied to my card. He tells me Travel agent got the deal, so he would mail me a free night stay at any of the crossland suites. Never happend. When we arrived, the dishes were dirty (lipstick on them) as well as the silverware being put away filthy. I am not a picky person by any means, but I will never go to this hotel again, I don't care how much less it costs than other motels...I guess you get what you pay for. Travel agent should take this hotel off of thier website.

The outside of the hotel is a very cheerful and pretty yellow. The place appears to be well kept. The staff that greated me at the front desk was very friendly. However, we had a room on the third floor in which we rode an outside elavator and walked past all the collected garbage to get to. The flies and smell were horrible. The room was small and dark. The carpet was a taped down oversized rug. The hotel does not offer daily housekeeping unless you pay extra for it. There was a coffee pot and enough coffee furnished for 4 cups of coffee. We asked for a smoking room but no ash trays were available so we had to get our own. I asked the lady at the front office about a awke up call and she stated that there should be an alarm clock in our room. There was not. She did however furnish me with one after I went to the front desk to get it. As I was packing up our stuff to leave and checking to make sure I had everything I looked under the bed to make sure nothing was kicked under there I found an empty box of condoms. Housekeeping not as good. It was quite and the satff is friendly but not a very clean place.

Clean, friendly, convenient, would stay again. This hotel is a definite place to stay if you are going to be up in the are for a while. The bus stop to catch the bus to downtown Seattle is a 2 min walk from the door of your room. The rooms are clean has a place for you to cook your own food and store it. Just remember this is a not a hotel in the true sense and it is an extended stay property so there are some things that you won't be provided with namely shampoo. Good thing there is a Fred Meyer next to it.

Clean, modern and convenient laundry facility. Small rooms.
Date of Stay:

The room was dirty, stains in the carpet, old worn out sheet. Couldn't get hot water in the shower. The heater didn't work right, you were in a sauna or freezer (thermostat knob was broken). The bathroom sink had been ripped off the wall and wasn't fixed right, thought it might fall back off. Alarm clock was missing buttons so you couldn't set it. Will never stay again.

It was quiet during the day-I work 3rd shift. They came in to fix a pipe whileI was sleeping-rude. So I get there and the girl doesn't have a clue how to check me in-gives me a receipt for someone else - The next morning I am just about asleep and the maintenance guys come over demanding to fix something under my counter-wouldn't take no for an answer - extremely pushy. However - the rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful and I a staying there next week.

The hotel is clean. The service is not bad. Sound isolation between rooms is a bit poor.

The bed was horrible. A slab of stone would have been more comfortable. Maintenance was lacking. The bathroom door handle was pushed through the wall. Good points: wonderful desk clerks! They were very eager to please. Wi-fi available in room, although there was a nominal charge. On a subsequent, the bed was much better and everything in working order.

Hair on the floor. Was quiet and better than other economy hotels.

Room had small stovetop and fridge. Cleaning staff must be rookies. Hotel is an average 1 star. Rooms are small. No tub but do come with stove-top, microwave & small fridge that are in good shape. Biggest negative was the cleaning staff. Rooms are not cleaned very well, so be prepared to clean it yourself when u move in. I changed room first day and second room was no better.

Set back from highway, so it's quiet. Convenient to supermarket and airport. The area is industrial, but that goes with closeness to airport. Good job overall. Wish the staff new more about their phone system. But overall, excellent stay for the low cost.

I liked being able to back my car right up to my room. There was a patched area in the shower stall that looked bad. Crossland Seattle was a pleasant and quiet hotel to spend the night at. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need a nice, economical place to stay for the night, I would recommend this hotel.
