Nothing. Needs a up grade. The rooms are old and dingy the TV looks like early 1990 version and the do not have av jacks on the TV and the staff would not let me upgrade to a 2 bed room.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
The rooms were very dirty, animal hair all over, carpets filthy, was urine on floor around commode. pubic hairs in the shower, boogers and other things stuck to the walls. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will i ever stay here again.

The entire hotel staffwas professional, attentive and friendly.

Friendly staff and value were the only plusses. This motel is more of a weekly-rate hotel than a tourist or business traveler motel. Towels and linens are only changed once a week. The rooms were dirty. I was booked as non-smoking but given a smoking room (which I switched). No soap, no shampoo, no nothing. Inconvenient to downtown (about eight miles from downtown, out near the airport). I would never stay there again.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Tucson Int'l Airport. Thr room was absolutely horible. The bathroom ceiling above the shower had mold growing, no bath soap, no shampoo, no coffee but a coffee maker, bathroom floor had not been swept or moped in sometime. Very noisey after hours. Front entry dorr into room was bent at the bottom like it had been kicked in at one time. Hotel staff did nothing to make this right at all. Every promise made by the staff was not kept. I will NEVER stay nor recommend this hotel again. Travel agency needs to seriously reconsider their agreement with this hotel.

Great for a nice weekend with your significant other or family, really clean, all facilities and close to the important areas.

Perfect for those looking for a clean and comfortable yet economical place to stay. Kitchenets are included, but no hairdryer or iron. Still, the room was clean and comfortable. Recommended for someone on a budget or who wants just the very basics.

The people were nice and friendly. Thin walls, poor beds, very small, poor lighting and could go on! I will never stay there again.

We spent longer there last summer than planned.Family we were traveling with were delayed arriving many times. This is an extended stay-type hotel with weekly room cleaning.Kitchenetts are small but met our needs. Our cats enjoyed looking out the window.Bathrooms do not have tubs, just showers. We had the two bed unit.During storm season power can go out, it did a few times while we were there. They do not have back-up power. It was not something that we needed to change hotels over.We just went and got a flashlight.Guests from other rooms also sat out on those nights.Staff friendly, and we felt safe enough so that I did laundry at night.

Friendly staff. No ice, no working facilities, no rollaways, no candy or soda machines. The hotel was under some renovations. This meant no washers or dryers, no ice machine, and no place to buy candy or sodas. The staff was very friendly but could only apologize for the lack of amenities. I expected better.

The room was clean, and very nice in all respects. There were no restaurants (other that McDonalds and Denny's) any where near the place. The one room sutdio was great for a single traveler and I like having a kitchenette. Everything was neat, clean and orderly.

Boxspring on bed was broken, had to take mattress off and sleep on floor. Definitely one star, bed was terrible and TV remote had broken keys.

"When we first got there, they would only allow us to have one keycard as they're keycard machine was broken. I can understand and relate. If only we were able to recognize this as the warning bell telling us to leave. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The pillows were small and had been used way too much. The train track was nearby and kept me awake all night. The heater/air conditioner wouldn't work until I smacked it. And to top it all off - they provided no shampoo! "

Clean, good location, friendly staff. No bathtub. It was very clean, the staff was friendly. There was no coffee in the rooms though. The bed was okay and they gave us a late check out with no problems. Over all it was a good experience.

The kitchen was nice. There were bugs in the room. It was too far from the airport. It was a $15 cab ride away from the airport. The comfort level of the bed was very poor.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and concerned. We woke up in the AM with our bath/kitchen area covered in ants! We only stayed one night, before a flight out of Tucson Airport - the room was very basic. I felt safe in the area, the front desk person who checked me in and out was very professional, helpful and courteous. I didn't notice until late at night that the TV remote had dead batteries. I had to throw away our toothbrushes in the morning, as they were covered in ants. We left no food out, but I am assuming the scent of toothpaste on the brush called all the critters in. I do realize its summer time but this was a lot of ants!

Front desk staff. The overall lack of amenities, location and rooms! Nothing much to say. A bad experience.

No-frills, business hotel with no interruptions. They clean your room once every seven days. If you need to get in and out without anything but the basics, this is for you. Bring your groceries for the kitchenette!
Date of Stay:
June, 2008
All our special requests were met, i.e. requests for quite room, extra bedding and a late check out with no extra charge. It would have been great if they had a rollaway bed for us to have used. I highly recommend this extended stay motel. Having the kitchen area (microwave, fridge, dishes) drastically reduced our food bill and enabled us to eat healthfully. The staff was very friendly and professional. The causeway area outside our room was cool and a great place for the kids to play.
