They provided nothing-Not even an ironing board or shampoo.

Easy access from the freeway. Close to area we needed to be.

Best Western, is truly the Best, in comfort and wonderful beds. Room was nice, but certainly not any nicer than the one at Bloomfield. Stayed at Ft. Stockton because of the wonderful experience we had at the Bloomfield location, we will not do that again, we will certainly by-pass Ft. Stockton in the future!

The heater worked good & we couldn't hear any other guests. Night attendent was not very clear & rushed through checking us in. The staff to assist you in checking in if you were to arrive after their office closes was not very nice, and did not explain where the room was located. When we stopped to ask her she didn't give us proper directions. She was just rude. The TV in the room didn't work properly. Not that it was needed but it would go in and out of service. The staff in the morning were very nice.

Comfortable bed. No bathtub. I had a coroner room, so it was quiet.

Clean, neat, kitchenette andeconomic. The regular size bed, cheap furnishings but in good condition, and lack of amenities such as hair dryer and shampoo are what makes it a star 1. Convenient and met our needs while traveling through. We are happy to do without the amenities, and even accept a smaller bed than accustomed to in order to make our trip affordable.

Nice, cute little rooms and cheap for a night. Room was cold and bed was a little hard.

Great staff, very helpful. It was a wonderful surprised to find the room had a sink, refrigerator, stove, and microwave plus dishes. The staff checked on us twice to make sure we were comfortable, even brought us extra towels. The room was extremely clean.

Bed hard smoke alarm dangling old looking inside very small room.

A short drive to the (hot air) Balloon Fiesta field. Right next to car dealership. Could hear employees being paged via loudspeaker. It's a no-frills hotel that should fulfill the needs of a budget-conscious traveler. The room was just big enough for one person.

Location: close to Balloon Fiesta field. Only had double beds - prefer Queen! The rooms were clean, the property was well maintained, the staff very friendly, the location excellent - but the beds were small, hard, and noisy. The price was excellent. Overall a very good experience, we will definitely go back next year.

Staff at reception desk was nice. Room was nice, but dirty. The room that we stayed in was not clean. The next morning I found hair in the shower stall, my foot felt tingly after showering, found toe nail. Told receptionist that room was not cleaned the next morning and she said she did not clean the room again. That just shows that proper housekeeping is not being enforced. So many people come and go. Infection control is very important.

Friendly ,helpful staff. Clean surrounding, value for money.

Nothing. Older, shabby, no maid service. In this area of Albuquerque, it is low priced, but, is not worth the money.

Nothing. The beds were to small!

Air condition. Really smelly rooms, smelled bad. The room was really small, there was only a full size bed, bad smell even though it was a no smoking room.

It was very clean, provided enough towels, etc. Access to the hotel. It was a great room.

The room was worth the price. Room was incredibly small with one hard, double bed. Had foresight to take pillows, linens and air mattress for husband to sleep on hotel bed and twin airbed for myself. Hotels would be smart to offer rooms with no beds so we could use our own airbeds that we know to be comfortable and clean.

It's the price. No phones that night. Given room key didn't work. Charging for Wi-Fi is chinchy. Only chain left that has double beds. The chair is now reduced to small fabric chair that housekeeping puts in the closet the only place available in the room. Charges $4.99 for WiFi for the stay. That's chinchy. Just pick up what the competition across the street gives away. A step up from Motel 6, but Spartan, and if ESA starts thinking too much of ESA customers won't return. Double beds and Wi-Fi charge also discourages return customers or recommending to other business travelers.

Over all pretty good. Allowed outside trash container over flow with trash. Have stayed here before and find a good dollar value. They are a little lax on maintenance, as the screen on my room had been taken off and not replaced properly.
