it is a decent experience at this hotel. dont expect anything to be 5 star because that is not what we are paying for. for the price it is very nice.

If you want a simple and cheap hotel and don't need 5 star quality, this is an excellent choice.

Quiet. No notification about lack of room cleaning. This is an extended stay hotel. Normally they have a note in the room telling you when you will receive change of sheet or towels, or a clean up. This place did not, and we never got a change or cleanup during the 4 days we were there. Although we did not use the kitchenette, we did use the refrigerator, and a glass or two. There was no soap provided to wash them. One room we had in our small group, reeked of smoke and we did not ask for a smoking room. But that was all they had available at the time but I did not ask for a smoking room on the reservation.

The rooms smell, there are no amenities, there is no lobby, no pool, no maid service, no toiletries the beds are broken.

We found a dirty towel behind the door. The floors looked a little black from grim and dirt. You could hear the water whenever someone beside you or above you showered. Other than that it was a very friendly staff and the layout was good. Nice to have the small kitchen. Wished there was a place to put your suitcase or a mirror to do hair/makeup besides the one in the bathroom that had no counter space. But Great price!!! worth it.

The hotel was everything I required, which wasn't much. The location and the price were perfect.

The room itelf was adequate, however the front dest worker was unhelpfull and the room had a pervasive and very unpleasant smell. The biggest problem is that this motel appears to be primarily a residence for seasonal workers. I stayed here with other female friends and when we checked in their were numerous men hanging around the property drinking. It was very loud all night with shouts and fighting. This lodging was advewrtised as a family proprty, so I expected it to be safe and moderately quiet. While our "neighbors" were polite in the early evening, the activities throughout the night made it seem unwise and possibly unsafe for any of us to leave the room unaccompanied.

Good Cherry Creek location. Rooms very adequate - on a par with Super 8 and similar chains. Wireless Internet access at additional charge. Front desk staff very professional and accomodating. Sound isolation not the best - the noise of from heavy street traffic lasted until late.

Overall bad experience. It has been years since I have stayed in a hotel that didn't have a blow dryer in the room. Especially since this room had a kitchenette. There was a coffee pot with no coffee or cream and sugar. There was not shampoo and conditioner offered. The bed was not a queen was a full. Small things added up to a very disappointing stay. I probably will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was nice, it was very helpfull that they had a kitchen area although a little more counter space and mirrors would have been nice. Overall we would definately revist this hotel. Great overall experience and very affordable.

I liked the kitchenette with all the utensils to cook with. The bed was a bit on the hard side. I really enjoyed staying here. My boyfriend and I were pleased with the service and the room as a whole. There was limited TV channels, but we managed. The kitchen was clean and had everything I needed to cook with. Great experience and will use the hotel in the future.

I just needed a place to work and sleep for a few days. The room was spartan but clean and I had everything I needed almost at my fingertips. It was truly a mini-apartment. I don't think you can find a place in better condition for the money. I didn't get that "ick" feeling at all that you do in most economy motels. The only things I would have liked would be paper towels and kleenex. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bathroom was very clean. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone on a budget.

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff, comfy bed and everything I needed for my business. I only wish that internet service was at no additional charge as it is in most places I go. Still for what I paid it was more than I expected. Would recommend any day.

I forgot my blow dryer, but the front desk had one for me to use. The bed washands down, the worse bed I've ever slept on! The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean, but with absolutely no frills. The bed was terrible! It's been four days and both my husband's and my backs are still killing us!
