Room could have been larger. Location was good, convenient to casinos.

The price and convenience.

I would stay here again as a frugal traveler looking for a cheap and comfortable place to stay. The nonsmoking room had a bit of smoky mustiness in it, but it was clean, and the manager called to ask if everything was okay. I really liked having a kitchenette for about the same price as a simple motel room elsewhere.

I was disappointed from the time that I opened the door until I left. The mold and mildew smellled so bad that nothing that we used could cover up the oder, Also the Carpet was terrible and cigarette burns everywhere, So i advise you to stay at home rather than rent a room at this place. The one thing that I can say is that it's CHEAP.

THE HOTEL HAD A GREAT SHOWER AND GOOD AIR CONDITIONING. iT IS ALSO A GREAT LOCATION NEAR SHOPPING, FOOD AND GAMBLING. HOWEVER NO AMENTIES ....NOT EVEN A ICE MACHINE. OVERALL THE HOTEL IS SO..SO..

Pillows were not comfortable. The kitchenette was not a place I would have liked to cook anything in.

the front desk service was friendly and had no problem checking in. Room could of been a little cleaner, dirty dish in sink and shower area was not really clean. but I liked the location. and besides those two things overall stay was ok.

Water was hot and fridge was cold. Beds are terrible. Very basic, rooms small, smells from cooking remain in room, long term guests after they leave the bedspreads needs to be washed.

I came to visit my boyfriend for a week. The room it self reminded me of a college dorm. There is a bed, an area to hang your clothing, a fridge and mini elec. stove, a small kitchen table, a sink, and it came w/dishes and utensils. It was quite convienent to have those amenities since I was staying for a wk and we did not want to have to dine out every nite. It was disappointing that the TV did not accomodate an upgrade for a DVD hookup ( even after I bought a modulator -- still didn't work). However, the staff was AWESOME. Each time there was a different person @ the counter, but each was very accomodating and showed a willingness to take care of you. I plan to return to the south and since Im not yet a millionaire, I will be staying @ the Crossland again.

Location is off the highway, easy access to I-20. Hotel needed major renovations, floors were sticky, water was leaking in bathroom, just poor room in general. This hotel needs major work. The floors were sticky, the water was leaking in the sink all night, sheets were dirty with weird stains on it, only great thing about this hotel was that it was off the highway and it had easy access to I-20.

The hotel was very comfortable and roomy. The bed was also very comfortable, The area was quiet, they had great movies on showtime. You didn't have to leave the room for anything. Close proximity to nearby casinos and walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, and fast-food restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that there were no condiments for the coffee.

I did like the price for the room and the staff was friendly. It was also close to the casino. The room had an odor and the bed was very small. The carpet looked nasty too. It is a 2 star not just horrible a place to lay your head. People were friendly and the staff.

The hotel that we stayed in was so bad there was mold growing out of the broken air conditioner vents. When I called the front to ask to be transfered to another room was told I could check out if I was worried about the quality of the room. Since we were not sure of the air conditioner we were left in the heat all night and were miserable. I think Travel agent should refund at least half the rooms rate for the inconvienience. Never again will i use Travel agent.

Friendly staff & quiet room. It took 3 rooms to get it right. The first room was not cleaned. The second someone had smoked in a non-smoking room & a body order smell.

"The cost was very reasonable. We enjoy traveling but have to watch our pennies. The only thing that could use some improvement was the cleaning of the room. The room had a smell. It wasn't really bad, but it was annoying. We had to spray it. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable. We would stay there again."

The bed was too hard and I had trouble sleeping. There wasn't anything (sugar, creamer, etc.) for the coffee in the room. It was a clean room in good-working order. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the bed was hard (I'm used to sleeping on a waterbed at home) and there weren't any supplies or condiments in the room for the coffee. Just a coffee maker and a packet of coffee.

"I am constantly astounded at the service the staff provides to make me more comfortable. Within minutes, any of my concerns are not just addressed, but resolved. I would highly recommend to anyone. The value I receive is outstanding. Staff is outstanding!!"

The room was outstanding for the price. Liked everything. Excellent place to stay for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

No daily maid service {extra charge}. They were out of soap and shampoo. The staff was not very friendly. The rooms were very clean.
