An ok Hotel with very friendly and efficent staff, my booking was for three rooms the single room had a really awful bed very uncomfortable the matress really needed replacing, we had two twin rooms one of which was shockingly small and very cramped for 2 adults the other was really nice.

Great location perfect for access to the beach and the town but hotel not amazingThe room was nice enough, we had great weather during our stay so we didn't spend long in the room and were out until late most evenings. If we had decided to stay in the room during the evening, I think we would have struggled to sleep as the walls were very thin and we could hear noise from corridors and other rooms. Breakfast was good, there was ample parking and most of the staff were really helpful and pleasant apart from one man who was very rude and sarcastic, I think he may have been the manager of the hotel actually he really wasn't helpful. Shame about him, but the rest was good. Location is fab for the beach and town access.

Disappointed...watch out for the hidden parking charges!!Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and tidy. My biggest gripe however is that none of my paperwork had any information regarding parking charges. I chose this 'hotel' due to the description saying it had 'plenty of parking available' but no hint of charges.The room was tiny, so much so I fell over the bed several times. The bathroom was tiny too.As others have mentioned the cooked breakfast was basic and almost cold by the time you sat down to eat. I'm not sure if this is due to the hot-plate the food sits on or the fact the plates are not pre-heated etc etc, however I would suggest the situation/process needs reviewing as the quality of the food seemed OK.Overall I would not stay here again or recommend to others.

basicbasic hotel, did the job if all that is required is somewhere to sleep, although lady on reception is outstanding and couldnt do enough for us, very accomodating as we did make a bit of noise, quality wasnt expected due to the price on a bank holiday weekend and didnt disappoint.

Clean and good value, found it cold at night, bedding not adequate, however I did have the heating off!! Would suggest extra top cover been available if needed. Breakfast was fine choice of both cooked and cereals. 5 min walk from main town, park and beach, overall good location and good value.

Cheap & CheerfulRooms ok, staff friendly, reasonable value for money. Breakfast was awful & the service very slow. Probably find a better hotel for the money but as we were a stag group it served our purpose well.

Oh Dear!The first room I was offered had a toilet that would not flush, a ceiling that was about to fall in just above one of the beds and a door that didn't close properly. The next room was better but the bathroom door closed with a great deal of noise.

Highly recommendedExcellent, wanted somewhere to stay last minute where I would arrive around 20:00 and have early starts, fitted the bill perfectly unlike other places I considered.

bournemouth visitgood hotel, high standard of room and service, only one gripe.. I was locked out of the hotel at 2am, although it was partly my fault for not leaving my room key at reception.. there is no way of alerting the night staff unless they are manning the reception area

A very tired guest house that pretends to be a hotel. To be fair the room was clean and the bed very comfortable but the room was freezing on arrival and the wall paper was peeling of the walls in places. The staff were pleasant enough but I feel I could have stayed in a very comparable room elsewhere for a reduced cost.

I and all my party were very dissappointed with this guest house, I say guest house because that's what it was at very expensive hotel prices, the rooms were very small more like a single room and very dirty, cheaply done out, service not professional I could go on but won't but will never go back or recommend to anyone.
