Wonderful and enjoyable stay. Hotel very neat, curious decoration, interesting details. Location very convenient as near to train station and shopping area. Liked the Staff at the breakfast room, all English speaking. Looking forward to my next stay !!!

The room was comfortable, the staff very friendly, room was spacious, and the hotel/room were clean. The hotel's close proximity to the main train station was also great. I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

Shower over bath too low, unable to use unless on knees, I am only 5ft tall!!! Toilet seat and cover very poor quality and did not stay up. TV remote control digits worn off. Mini bar very expensive, consequently did not use it. Bed and bedding comfortable. Towels ok. Breakfast good. Would not stay longer than 1 night.

The Hotel Cristal is very close to the train station, only half a block away, and would be easy to find provided you had a map showing what exit to take and with the street names. We asked several people if they could tell us where the street was and no one that we asked could help us. Restaurants and bars are very close and is within walking distance of most of the sights to see in Geneva. Our room was quite small but as you are only sleeping in the room it was quite comfortable. Our room was at the back of the hotel and on the Friday night is was quite noisy with the bar crowd from the street behind us. Unfortunately some of the bars decided to throw out their empty bottles in a metal garbage bin in the middle of the night in the alley right behind the hotel which was very noisy.

Location is the one thing this place has going for it, right by the train station. It's a bit harder to find than the map suggests, though, as it's off the main thoroughfare. Street noise is a problem in the early morning (I was on the third floor).
