Good restful sleep. However, furniture and carpet needs to be updated along with fixing the noisy fan in the bathroom.

This is a great spot for vacationers traveling with children. I saw quite a few families there and lots of room and amenities to keep them occupied.

Rooms were spacious. The only pop machine I seen was locked in the pool area after hours.

Nice location. Super friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were decent and good value for price.

They did allow early checkin which was good, but did not inform us that there is no maid service-so came back after busy day to unmade beds, wet towels in bathroom. I have never experienced that before. One man brought in a large wolf spider from his room morning of checkout. Staff was helpfull but should have mentioned some of the non-percs. Rate was $$/night which is no give-away, but tolerable. surely could have made beds and brought linens-they did give them out at office, but only 2 people there and sometimes only one for this rather large hotel. Sort of dangerous in case of a tornado or fire, etc I think- Did have coffee in office, but room coffee maker had small coffee in filters but large pots-no directions on how much water to use so was poor coffee. Sheets did not fit the beds and so most of covers on floor next AM

This was proabably a nice hotel at one time, but it has deteriorated so badly that it is uninhabitable. They are currently in the process of refurbishing the hotel, but until the renovating is completed I would avoid this motel at all costs. I actually refused the first room because it was so dirty and the furniture in such poor condition. The rug is worn with multiple stains in it. The furniture in the room does not match and has large holes in the upholstery. The windows are dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. There was a hole in the bathroom door. There was a sticky stain on the table in the living room where someone left a soda can and didn't clean up the spill. There was visible debris on the carpet and it didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a month. The wallpaper was peeling off of the walls and the cottage cheese ceiling had large holes in it. Nothing like the pictures on the web site. Avoid at all costs.

bad all the the way round

Over all the experience was good. The electronic locks on the doors are a little difficult to get used to. There was a slight oder of mildew; however, I should point out that Tulsa had been under very high humidity levels for several weeks with torrential rain everyday.

Big rooms- 2 bedroom suites sleep 6- full kitchen. Just a little dated- but clean and excellent staff. The hotel is a GREATfor the money - super nice staff, very friendly and accomodating. The fixtures and furniture are a bit dated, but its an older place. No reason not to stay here - great value, huge rooms, big beds, balcony, nice pool. All good value for the money.

This was the nastiest place we have ever had the misfortune to stay. We had to put the kitchen trash can over the tack strip between the kitchen & living area or trip on it! The ledge around the livingroom ceiling had approximately 20 beer cans as "decoration" - obviously the housekeeping staff didn't see or couldn't get to. The floor throughout the apartment dipped to the point of our tripping. It was all-around in sad shape. Please don't waste your by staying in this awful place! The only "happy" spot was the reservation staff. They were exceptionally friendly.

The rooms are like a small apartment with doors to close the bedroom and bathroom. It also has a walk in closet.

The Crestwood Suites was fine for my short stay. I didn't spend much time in my room, so it worked. If I wanted to spend a lot of time in my room loungeing, I wouldn't neccessarily pick this hotel. It's pretty much bare essentials. I was satisfied. It was right for the price. It was clean and was good for my needs.

Beautiful suit, just like your own apartment. Curtains needed mending.

This hotel changed names in the past year, it used to be a Hawthorn Suites. I stayed here the past 5 years on annual trips to Tulsa, it was always a very good value for the price. The suites were top notch with full kitchens, a separate bedroom, walk-in closet and even a fireplace. But the place had slipped in quality over the past few years as maintenance was ignored. I thought I would try them one more time this year and when I found out they had changed names (and presumably ownership), I was hopeful that improvements had been made. Unfortunately, the place has gone down hill fast in the past year. The carpets in the rooms are filthy with numerous stains, the windows are dirty, the translucent curtains have been removed, the fireplaces are now "decorative" and not to be used (they evidently don't want to have to clean them), the sofa and chairs are ratty with holes in the upholstery, they provide no toiletries, room cleaning is now occasional instead of every day, the heating in my room was troublesome and the free hot breakfast is no more. The room clerk indicated they have a complete renovation planned in the future. But what they need to do is close down the place and not subject people to their old, dirty, worn out rooms. This used to be a bargain for what was provided. Now it is severely overpriced. There are plenty of much nicer places nearby. I suggest you pass this place by and stay in one of the many nicer alternatives.

It looks very pretty from outside and inside. But when you look closer, you would find many issues. I was very excited that me and my bf would have pool at hotel where we can lay down, swim, rest, have fun but the pool was not clean, we were scared to get in. I also found a bug on the wall next to my head. Good for the price though!

The staff was very frindley. The room was lacking. The bathroom was very small. While in bed a large metal covering fell off the wall that was to cover the airconditioning unit. This missed my friends head by only inches. When we called for some assistance there wan no maintainance person available.

We have stayed in Crestwood in GA and really like them. The hotel was a little run down fom age but was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. The TV in the bedroom would only work on certain channels, and when the man came to check on it he didn't know why it wasn't working but offered to personally move us to another room if we would like. It was a pleasant surprise to have a TV in the bedroom and a fireplace in the living room. Also nice to have the "black-out" curtains in the bedroom so we could enjoy some much needed sleep. Great location to all parts of Tulsa. Would stay there again.

Iliked how it was spacious for the kids and myself. That they didn't offer breakfast. The hotel was great. It was really good for a family. It had plenty of TVs and space for a family of five. The only thing it lacks is that they don't offer breakfast.
