It did not make a great first impression with kids running all over the place, cats (10+) roaming the parking lot and men drinking beer out of the cooler in the trunk in the parking lot. Then, the front desk window was closed (behind a security barrier). But we got or rooms, smoking because they ran out of non-smoking. Made a run to the convenience store to but some Lysol! But I slept well and it was cheap!

Slightly more room and a fridge. Small beds, no breakfast bar, smelled heavily of rug freshener. This "suite" motel is in a good quiet location with no sign to the office. There is no lobby and the check in desk bathroom is premanently locked. As soon as you enter you are just about suffocated with the smell of too much carpet freshener. It is clean otherwise. The rooms are small and so are the double beds. There is no breakfast bar, no pool and the A/C was not on during the hottest day of the year so far. It did work fine when I turned it on, but it could at least been set to 78 or something so that it wouldn't take too long to cool down. It would be easy to drive by the access road, but fortunately we believed the intructions which tell you to make a blind right turn just past the bridge. That was correct.

My husband and I were just staying overnight in the Nashville area for our anniversary. This was a very nice place for the price. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was that it was a little difficult to find because it sits off the road and the sign is small. It isn't fancy, so if you are looking for posh accomodations, you can pay double and stay at another hotel. But, if you are looking for a clean, safe, and reasonably priced place to stay.........book it!

This hotel is very clean,I enjoyed all its facilities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone it far superior exceeded my expectations, even if it didn't have a poolI still enjoyed all it had offered and the price is very reasonable you can't find a nicer place then this at such a good rate.

Should have known at check in was problem, construction workers were checking out after only 12 hours. Room was small, uncomfortable, cheapestest furniture I have ever seen in a hotel room. No ice machine. No wake up calls. No one at desk when we checked out at 5:30 a.m. There was not self check out in room or anything to deposit keys in, I had to leave a note and slide it under the roll top closing at the check in area. When I called to request a wake up call for 5 a.m. I was not told that no one would be on duty or what procedure for early check out. I stayed at a 3 star Hyatt in Marrieta 3 weeks ago that was much less expensive thru online. I do not think I will use travel agency again. The rating for this could have been a 3 from the outside, but, I am not sure it should be a 1on the inside.

Good location. Quiet area away from inter-state. Clean rooms and common areas.

My only complaint is that the hotel is an extended stay hotel and doesn't staff a front desk after 9 pm. It's deserted at night, which makes late check-in very strange. There are no services. But it's a clean, quiet, large room in a quiet location. A good night's sleep at a good price.

Hotel room was nice and clean, good location with lots of restaurants and stores close.

Very clean and prices were right on. Found hair a lot of hair in the bathroom. More than what I expected. It was a good stay.

Their rooms were clean, and the kitchen was a nice perk. But the towels were rough, the pillows hard, and the furnishings tired and somewhat worn.

From arrival, to departure, the staff was friendly and accomodating. They provided everything possible to make the stay comfortable and stress-free. I was pleasantly surprised not to have to deal with the usual "smoking room" issue (I'm sorry, we gave that room to someone else, you'll have to smoke outside). After a 4 hour drive, this was a welcome item. They cheerfully provided for forgotten coffee filters, didn't count towels when turned in for new during the stay, and were extremely helpful finding local businesses and directions to locations in an unfamiliar town. The only black mark was a bit of carelessness on the part of the maids prior to arrival and the thought that the management staff were possibly not providing for quality assurance/inspection in this area, as it is the most commonly mentioned failure in reviews I read prior to booking my reservation. This was balanced with the willingness of the staff to make it right when a polite complaint was lodged with the front desk when the room was found slightly wanting in that area.

The staff fixed the issue right away - very friendly. Smoke room really means smoke room. Bathroom was not working properly.

I stayed here for 4 nights and I couldnt wait to leave as soon as I arrived. The towels are hard and scratchy, bring your own! If you need more toilet paper, you have to get it yourself. Noisy, Dirty and Smells! FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!

We were attending the TN State Basketball finals. This hotel is near Middle TN State University where the finals are held. It was also near every brand of fast food and restraunts you could want. The staff is very friendly, giving detailed directions to the venue and attractions. We were so comfortable that we stayed another day. In fact we found a lower rate through a TN roadside magazine and they let us stay the extra day for the lower rate. The rooms are very clean with dishes and pots and pans sufficent to cook if you wanted too. They even gave us clean towels for the extended stay.

Clean and good sized rooms, staff was very polite and helpful. Over all, I would recommend this motel to all my friends and family. There were 11 in my family which stayed at this motel over the weekend, we all were very please with all our three rooms.

We were very unhappy with the Crestwood Suites. The rooms are not cleaned regularly and it shows. Our room was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable and we requested additional towels, but we had to go get them as they didn't regularly launder the towels.
