The rooms were clean but messy - when I got the room, all drowers and closets doors were open. the refrigirator drowers where on the table and the stove was not connected. the rooms were clean, but probably whoever cleaned it left the mess. The room had a bad layout - a thing that made it very uncomfortable to watch TV from bed.

The price was great and the room was clean. A few unsavory types roamed the area around the hotel and the hotel was in a construction area

You could hear everything from the rooms outside....staff talking & customer melt downs.

First, I feel a responsibility to report that there were very obvious violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Although we stayed in a handicap accessible hotel room, the door to the restroom and the door to the bedroom were set up such that they opened into each other. A wheelchair bound resident could easily be trapped in the bathroom. The problem with the set up was obvious as one door had a huge hole in it reminiscent of Jack Nicholson's initial damage to the bathroom door in The Shining. There was no fitted sheet on the king size mattress. The flat sheet would shift as my daughter and I slept leaving us exposed to the dust mite infested mattress. We felt things were crawling on our skin all night. I was inclined to check out immediately but it was 2:00 a.m. and my young daughter was exhausted from our 6 hour drive from Virginia. There was visible black mold (or stains from black mold) in the shower near the shower head. The toilet was stained. The burners on the electric stove were not in the unit but resting on the kitchen counter.

Internet service. No indoor pool. The hotel is located in the business district. Close to restaurants, shopping, movies, etc. Nothing spectacular but children and pets are both welcome. Just be sure to plan activities elsewhere.

Overall, I'd rate it okay but would not return because I wasn't comfortable in the room. If you get a good price, I wouldn't talk you out of staying there, but I wonder if you wouldn't be more comfortable elsewhere. I don't think there were guests on either side of my room so it was quiet in that respect. However, I still was not able to sleep the first night due to the refrigerator in the kitchenette. Someday I will learn to bring ear plugs. I knew my room wouldn't be cleaned during my stay because I read the card on my pillow when I arrived. But I prefer not to have housekeeping during a two-night stay. The card indicated that you could have housekeeping services upon request. The good: Courteous staff who honored my request for different floor, high vacancy (so fewer residents), third floor reserved for smoking, all other is non-smoking, convenient location for High Point with many restaurants nearby, coffee in lobby each morning, hot water and good water pressure for shower, everything I used (eg: TV, shower) worked as expected, nice decor and room layout The bad: linens were thin fabrics, scratchy and stiff; fridge in room kept me awake first night (turned it off for second night), can hear anyone walking around in room above, room and property were tidy (everything in it's place) but not clean (dirt, soot, stains, mold on shower curtain), no complimentary toiletries, no kleenex, smelling other resident's dinner since it is an extended stay hotel

The Crestwood Suites in High Point, NC was a great bargain. My room was extremly clean and comfortable. I loved the large bathroon and the big vanity area. The bed was soft and clean with comfortable pillows and plenty of blankets. The kitchenette had everything that I needed to use to cook, even though I chose to eat out. I enjoyed sitting on the loveseat watching TV and kicking back in the recliners reading. Ie had pizza delivered and ejoyed my time away. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We have stayed at this property several times due to it's proximity to where a relative lives, this time I noticed that the floor in the Bathroom was not clean and a piece of molding was missing at the base of the tub. Otherwise this was the perfect place for the money spent.

Friendly staff. Air conditioner made my room smell like smoke. The hotel was conveniently located to the High Point Furniture Market. Staff was friendly, but the rooms leave much to be desired. The room was small and the air conditioner made it smell of cigarette smoke, even with the window open.

I was checked in by the general manager herself and she didnt tell me my room would not be cleaned durning my 6 day stay but it wasnt and when I called to complain she was very very nasty

This place is great value for money. Anyone traveling to High Point for business(the market etc) or visiting the university will enjoy the location. Its 5-10 minutes from everything of note in high point.

The room was nice and clean but they placed me in the room closest to the front door. The cleaning/maintainence staff enjoyed having very loud conversations in the lobby. My room was also beside the elevator which I heard running at all hours of the day and night. When I decided to leave early the counter staff was unwilling to discuss waiving that night's fee. I wont be staying in a Crestwood suites ever again.

This hotel is more for long term stay. The rooms have stove, fridge, micowave etc.) Price saver hotel whcih is by I choose it, I was only going to be in the room for about 7 hours. It is located on main street about 3 miles from downtown High Point.

It's location was close to where I needed it to be. Even upon request they would not clean my room or even take out the trash. The hotel was less than even good. When I checked in the staff was friendly but that was the last time. I asked for housecleaning to come to my room and I got this response "We don't do daily cleanings, only upon request, I'll see what I can do." The front desk lady was very nasty. I told her that I was requesting a cleaning and it never happened, they didn't even take out the trash or replace towels. There were strange stains on the sheets and pillow cases, the curtains also had white crusty stains all over them. I was afraid to touch much of anything in the room. Also, the tub was clogged and filled up very quickly. I will never return to this hotel.

The Crestwood Suites in High Point was neat and clean. I was warmly greeted at the front desk. I was very impressed with the full-size fridge, stove top and kitchen in the suite. The room was well appointed with plenty of room in the room and bath. The location was a bit far from the main area of High Point, but still had fast food options and shopping within easy walking distance.

Location, friendly, price. Bed was not comfortable; coverings were inadequate. For the price and for one night it was adequate. The bedding could be much improved. Better quality of blankets and sheets. Also more seating and cleaner chair covering would have been nicer. I was afraid to sit in the one chair in the room.

Nothing. Personnel. Miserable location and staff.
