The carpets were filty and I saw several bugs in the room.

Very convenient - sufficient for one night stay. The bed was uncomfortable. Satisfactory for one night stay for the price.

For one or two persons traveling, the facility is ideally located near all major intersections, is clean, efficent with cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and full size fridge. For one or two persons looking to travel and not spend alot of cash, and wants to EAT IN occasionally, this facility is ideal. Courtious staff, clean, weel-enough equipted to eat in several meals for two, this is a winner. We will certainly be looking for other Crestwood suites in the future.

stayed here while heading to ohio from myrtle beach. room was clean, staff was friendly but was disappointed there was no pool or hot tub. people above us were very noisy until about midnight. bed was not very comfortable, but for fifty bucks on orbitz i guess i shouldn't expect too much!

People were very friendly and welcoming. Checking in time is too late for people coming from far. Suitable for leisure travelers.

I think it is OK, it is quit, clean, with all that you need for staying comfortable. I got a good room.

I went with my boyfriend for two nights. For the price we got it, we were kind of scared what to expect. But I have to say for a short stay I was quite satisfied. Everything was clean, of course it's not a four star hotel so there was no modern furniture, room service. However, if we needed anything assistance was one call away.

Well, you get what you pay for. ***$ is a bargain, but for all of the cons (stated below) I'd pay the extra for better accommodations Pros: Good size room w/ kitchen, excellent rate, parking is convenient. Cons: Exterior is not representative of interior; hotel was hard to find; deadbolt not working properly, used a chair to wedge against the door; no desk clerk between 11pm and 6am; poor noise barrier, heard everything from a baby crying down the hall to the happy couple in the room above me; furniture need replacing, poor mattress and lumpy couch; would not stay here again nor would I recommend to others.

The rooms just felt grungy. I found several hairs in the bathtub. When I turned down my sheets, there were several long dark hairs in the bed as well. It was gross. The rooms themselves just felt unclean. They smelled of cheap latex paint. I would've preferred to stay at a Motel 6, no question. I'm never coming back here again.

Staff was nice and helpful. People slamming doors at midnight.

I felt as though I as in a Nursing Home or Mental Institution. The capet in our romm had about a 2-3" strip missing. My kids were afraid to sit on the furniture. This hotel is evidence of the saying, you get what you pay for.

The hotel was quiet and located right off the interstate. Stayed overnight for a concert. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and provided directions to local attractions. Would definitely recommend the hotel for an overnight or extended stay vacation.

Peacefully, easy, no worries. Very hard bed, needs some maintenance. Easy to get to, in to room and pretty much quiet for the whole week, most noise was doors shutting and the trash guy at 5:00 am. I had the largest room they had, it was perfect for the money. They do not clean daily so stock up on coffee and trash bags if your there for a while. Overall, very pleasant would stay there again, staff was very friendly and helpful. Smoking rooms wereavailable.

The "NO-SMOKING ROOM" we requested was an absolute JOKE! We were shoved in the middle of Smokers' Paradise on the top floor only because we had our Pet with us: You CANNOT relocate to the first floor which seem to be an ALL NON SOKING floor...BUT, You have to leave your pet somewhere else to stay on this floor. Apparently if you have a pet and you don't fancy smoking, you are screwed!! All the smoking coming from adjoining rooms made walking the hallway a terrible experience. Hotel owners decided to put all the resources on the outside of the building and the lobby to make it look appealing....soon as you get into the room....SURPRISED!!! Nothing but a "Cheap Motel Feel" Finally, the so-called Night Mgrs need to STAY PUT for more than 5 minutes at a time in the front desk! They are never to be found! There is a lot of competition in this hotel quadrant....these guys can learn from surrounding hotels. Thank you.

We were visiting family on our trip. The location was close to our family. Our room was liveable for the amount of time we spent in it. It was not very clean. The carpet was very dirty and the sheets smelled. There were no tissues or trash can in the room, and the alarm clock was broken. There is no maid service because it is an extended stay hotel, so we had to exchange our towels at the front desk, and if we wanted new sheets we would have to change them. The room had a functioning kitchen, but it was small and so was the room. There was no lock on the bathroom door. The hotel did have laundry facilities, but the dryers lint trays were filthy. There is no dining within walking distance and the only food available in the hotel was a vending machine and awful coffee in the lobby. The room was very noisy, it seemed to have paper thin walls and was right next to the lobby, which made it very loud. The registration employees were unfriendly and treated us like red headed step children and the clerk who checked us in rolled her eyes when she found out we pre-paid on Orbitz. We will not stay at this chain of hotels again.

Convenient. Stiff bed andnoisy hallways. We slept in the motel and spent the days visiting our children. The motel was perfect for our purpose. We liked not having the room entered while we were away.

We were VERY disappointed at getting to the motel and finding out we had a nice room with a kitchenette and no ice. We went to the front desk and they said we would have to DRIVE to a store and purchase a LARGE bag of ice.... (just to put in 2 drinks). Other than that....the motel is nice, clean, and our room was in order (except no ice in freezer).

I only got this hotel for the kitchen, and it did serve that purpose. The kitchen was in pretty good shape, but the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I had brought clorox wipes for the kitchen and just wiped off the seat myself. There was a crack in my window and I discovered around 4 am that I had bed bugs. I called the front desk and asked for clean sheets and a pillow and slept on the couch, which was just as comfy as the hard (beyond firm) bed. The night duty attendant was very friendly and apologetic. Walls were very thin and you could hear all hallway noise. I was in a no smoking section and I could always smell smoke coming from other rooms. I didn't complain about the toilet or window, and I didn't really complain about the bed bugs besides from just asking for new sheets, but I know the lady put it down and I heard nothing from anyone about it when I checked out. I would not stay here again. It was a little scary. Checkout was at 11 and I was asked if I was ready to leave 3 times before 10:30.

Convenient and cozy. Side door was broken. Situated close to the Greensboro Airport, this hotel is a nice cozy little place.
