Staff was extremely helpful. Due to construction around the hotel it was a little difficult to find. There were 3 plasmas in the room, a full kitchen, grill, washer dryer and a full silverware set.

We have been to Snowmass in the winter but totally loved the summer - Everyone was so helpful, service was excellent - and the staffs willingness to take you all over the village was wonderful. Loved the grocery delivery service also. Was a great added convenience. The new amenities are well done. THANKS CRESTWOOD

Took 5 hrs to check in b/c owner was dillydallying in the condo and didn't leave when he was supposed to. The condo was nasty. The renovations weren't done, unattached light fixtures and hardware, mirrors and windows all filthy, carpet ripped up, exposed pipes, bath, kit. counters, carpet dirty, cracked mirror. We asked to switch or get a discount; manager was rude. ?All of a sudden"" had an open condo after we complained enough. They stuck us in another (clean) condo, but not newly renovated; refused to give discount. Paid for a premier plus condo but got ripped off.
