Enjoyed a quiet weekend getaway. The room was amazing, the bed comfortable and lots of pillows! Would have liked a DVD player instead of a VCR to be able to rent and watch a movie. This hotel was great for the price we paid!

Went for an overnight, and was completely impressed with the entire place. From the lobby to the room, it was spotless. The staff was completely accomodating, even when we wanted to stay for a couple of hours past check out. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I can't say enough about Cresthill Suites, and will definitely book again if we stay in the area.

My family was attending a graduation in Ithaca, but all the hotels in Ithaca were booked. After searching online, we decided on Cresthill Suites. We are so happy with this choice and came back home talking about his hotel. Not only were the facilities wonderful, but the staff was incredible. The breakfast wasn't gourmet, but sufficient and there is a light dinner Mon-Thurs. We have stayed elsewhere in Syracuse before, but this is your best bet!

I would definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, hot breakfast, hospitality hour, full kitchen - all the amenities without the big price! Location is excellent, too - close to highways, restaurants, shopping - yet in a quiet, pretty spot

Beautiful, clean & comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Welcome baskets of snacks/teas, etc. were nice due to our limited time schedule. Our suite was spacious & well appointed. We wished we could have remained for more days! We wish that Spring Hill Suites were also located in Maine & Colo.

We have stayed in 6 different hotels in almost as many months, and this is the ONLY hotel I would recommend to someone, or stay in again. The room was immaculate - the bed beyond comfortable, and the staff super friendly as well as helpful.

This is a great hotel especially for long term stays. If you stay for a week or more all the workers will know your name and say hi when you pass by. The people are hardworking and friendly and deal with all your problems. This is a really great place to stay.

Excellent!! Very friendly knowlegeable staff. My room was very clean, comfortable and most importantly quiet!! I am glad I chose Cresthill Suites and will most definitely choose them for my next getaway. The only drawback was the room temperature. There was no inbetween, it was either too cold or too warm with just a slight adjustment to the thermostat. Other than that the room was great.

Upon opening the door to the suite, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious, well equipped kitchen & living room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. This place is everything you could wish for in a stay away from home.... we'll be going back again...

I booked this hotel for my one of my dome trip overnights. I booked it based on the it being a suite hotel. The hotel was clean & room was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Syracuse for a SU game.

I was really impressed with the service at Cresthill Suites. Not only do you get a nice room the room has a full kitchen, dishwasher, full refrigerator. You are also given a warm breakfast buffet style. For the price it was more then we expected. I would come back again!

The evening and morning staff were very friendly and courteous, and were able to give me easy directions to Syracuse University. The breakfast was simple but good.

Very family/friend friendly. Room for local friends to set a spell while they waited for me to get dressed to go out on the town. I really enjoyed the hotel.

When we stayed, and we got a suite with a King bed.. The man at the front desk was very nice and chatty. The suite included free snacks and beverages in the fridge! They had wine glasses and everything supplied in the suite. My only complaint is that when we finally got into bed, the bottom of the bed felt damp - like the sheets weren't fully dry when they put them on. It was 2 in the morning and we didn't feel like getting up and complaining - I just grabbed an extra blanket from the closet. The location is great - just off the highway for easy access. I would recommend it, but be sure to check your sheets!
