It was a great hotel, move rooms twice: first time there was a baby crying in the room next to us, second time the AC was broken. They moved us very quickly and didn't cause any issues. One of the only down sides that I had planned on was using the pool to swim some laps - it compares to a large hot tub, but not hot.

Location. They assigned the wrong size room and we had to have it changed, then had to take a smoking room. The hotel was generally pretty, the living room of the suite was smaller than at some other chains. The pool was nice but a little bit small and didn't have much landscaping. There was a fire alarm pulled the night we were there. It could be because it was across the street from the university. The location was convenient to the campus, other state business areas and Colonies Center Mall.

Our group stayed here and found this hotel to be very convenient and in excellent condition. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very modern suite complex, very well appointed rooms, clean & modern, has everything you need including microwave, stove, refridgerator(largest we've seen at a motel), cook ware, dishes & dishwasher- even a toaster. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom and complementary continental breakfast. Many free dinner specials Mon-Thurs. Quiet location, ample parking near your room, small but nice pool. Even has nice lobby area with free computers to use if you don't have WiFi or a laptop. Five Stars!

This place serves it purposes, but you will be constantly reminded that it is budget hotel, from the heavy wear and tear in a relatively new hotel, to the rock hard beds, to the workout facility which was a complete joke. If you need space and a small kitchen and don't mind paying extra for it, this is the place for you.

The only downside to staying at this hotel was the grumpy overnight front desk clerk. He had a bit of an attitude problem. But other than him, everything was great. The room was very cozy, it was very peaceful, and it's in a quiet area. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Cresthill. The rooms were nice, large, and clean. The welcome basket was nice, continental breakfast in the morning, Monday thru Thursday they even do complimentary snacks during the dinner hour w/drinks, complimentary laundry service, and complimentary internet service, also. Although, the internet service was down our entire stay. It's still a nice perk. Would highly recommend this establishment. A good deal for all that you get.

i had a one bedroom suite that was like a mini apartment, very comfortable and clean. the first day welcome basket was a nice surprise. this is a great hotel for families or anyone that will be staying a few days and needs a home away from home

When I arrived I was greeted warmly by a nice young lady at the front desk who handled my check in quickly. The room was clean and everything worked. The room was big and comfortable. The fitness center had 2 treadmills, both broken, and a cheap elliptical. At least the elliptical worked so I could use something. For the price, I was pleased.

Staff had great written directions for any of the places we asked about. Hotel was really near lots of restaurants, and art store that is GREAT (we needed one so it was a perfect chance), clean rooms with plenty of room and great wireless reception.

When we arrived (7pm) our double bedded suite wasn't ready so the hotel upgraded us to a king suite. The rooms we had were very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. My son wouldn't mind an apartment like this. The kitchen is very serviceable although it needs new pots and pans and some more utensils.

The hotel was directly across from the university which was great for my son and I visiting. The room was huge and allowed us to have a relaxing night after a busy day. Having a breakfast buffet was perfect because there aren't any resturants close by.
