When we checked in, The desk clerk was very friendly and even asked how our drive was. when we got to the room it was very clean and comfortable. desk clerk gave us directions to multiple restraints and even told us which ones were the best. the breakfast was great, they had pancakes, sausage biscuits, bagels, yogart, and alot more that i can't remember. all in all we had an excellent stay, and will be coming back next time we go to jacksonville.

Emailed ahead and they had a room with a recliner waiting when I arrived at 8PM.Very friendly, helpful check in by [...] and continued with other staff when asking direction in the morning. This is a former Hampton Inn, in better condition than many current Hampton's I have stayed in.Pool was clean and clorinated properly with extra towels by pool.Bed was comfortable, 3 types of coffee in room.2 types of shampoo (Pantene Pro-V & Jade)Pride is obviously taken in maintaining this facility.Room was cool when I arrived and the refrigerator and microwave were new and worked perfectly.Nitpicks: phone cord not long enough to reach the recliner or the bed.Hair dryer was noisy enough to call the EPA about noise pollution. Actually hurt my ears.Larger entry light over suitcase area was burned out, but small one nearer door worked.Breakfast adequate, though mostly carbohydrates. All yogurt had aspartame, a dangerous toxin. . . but so do many foods.Bananas not ripe.A little noisy, but I am VERY sensitive to noise.Quiet after midnight.12 miles north of I-40 on a nice SW-NE road (67).If you are like me and prefer traveling on state roads rather than the superslabs this is right on your route.3-3.5 star hotel at a 2 star price.I will stay here on my next trip through the area.

The hotel was clean and had almost 20 resturants within a 1 mile radius. They supplied an infant in our group with a crib at no extra charge. Great place to stay. Clean and up to date. Verry friendly staff. Plenty of places to eat. Close to 20 resturants in a 1 mile radius. They supplied a crib at no extra charge.

I chose to stay at the Cranbury Inn after reading the online travel website reviews and seeing that it would cost me a whopping * per night. The sign in the room says the rate is * so, I think at a * discount, I got a pretty good deal. From the outside, the Cranbury Inn doesn't look like much -- it's situatiated very near a highway in what appears to be a highly traffcked business district. Inside, however, it's a whole new world. The staff is friendly and courteous (spare yesterday's housekeeper, who for some reason kept slamming doors near my room). They were very accomodating, willing to arrange for an early check-in. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is furnished with a television, mini-fridge, a microwave, and an over-sized lounge chair, which is by far the most comfortable thing I've sat in, in years. The bathroom is huge compared to other hotels in which I've stayed, with the sink actually in the bathroom, instead of located somewhere in limbo between the bed and door. My window directly faces the freeway and several of the restaurants which are well within walking distance, which provided a great deal of amusement in watching the people outside interact with one another. All in all, the hotel has afforded me the peace and privacy I need, at an amazing cost. They've managed to establish a very home-like environment which is welcoming. They have an absolutely amazing breakfast in the mornings, and offer on-site DIY laundry, vending machines, and the such. It's a good hotel in a great location at an amazing price.

Traffic noise was a little annoying during rush hour, twice I went to use the fitness center and the treadmill was in use - could use another, something wrong with the center platform of the treadmill.

The hotel was nice and clean, there was a couple of issues but the General Manager was quick to take care of them. I would stay at this hotel again. Nice location for travel to Little Rock, with out the hassle of staying in all the hussle and bussle.

The hotel was in a good location and clean. The pool was not open even though it was June and 90 degrees.

this is a wonderful place to stay, i needed to check in early and they had my room available for check-in and that was an a+ from me!!! i liked the inside accomidations, and not many places make you feel like your at home, this room had a homey feel to it, i like it because it had a couch, not many places have couches. would recommend this inn to business people, family people, and even if its for a romantic getaway. thanks !!!

I was visitng Jacksonville and picked the Cranbury Inn and Suites because it reminded me of a Hampton Inn. I found my stay exceedied my expectations. The staff was great and the breakfast was fabulous. Their waffles are so good. The room was spotless and the Starbucks next door was sure convenient. I will stay here every time I come to Jacksonville.

Good experience except on arrival air conditioning was not on. Room was very hot. Staff did provide a fan but took room hours to cool down. Ice machine did not work on our floor. Corridors were very warm.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Checkin took about 1 minute. They had everything prepared when I walked up to the counter. Continental breakfast should have a variety of donuts, bagels, muffins instead of microwaveable items. Overall the experience was above average and definitely a great value for the price. If I come to the Little Rock area, I will definitely stay there again.

Nice continental breakfast. Friendly staff, accommodated our 9 month old son with a crib in the room, not a fancy hotel but quite nice for those on a budget.

The only thing wrong with the room was that the sheets were a little old and warn. The rest of the room and hotel was in good condition. Had free breakfast and WIFI for your laptop.
