The hotel was baking hot even though it was cool outside. The room I was given had a view of a brick wall! The walls are paper thin so don't stay here if your a light sleeper!!!

First Class HotelDelightful, the hotel staff were courteous and very pleasant. Upon arrival the receptionist gave information about the city. The room was ready and was both clean and welcoming; Dinner in the hotel was excellent value with bar staff attentive and cheery. The pool and sauna were spotless and overall the visit was an excellent start to a short tour of the Highlands.

wonderful anniversarythe hotel was great, the staff were incredably helpful, considerate and careing, the food was top notch and the evening meals and bar prices very reasonable.the pool though not big was lovely and cosy warm.like all hotels there is always some little niggle you can find wrong, the odd light bulb out, a bit of paint that needs attention, and being a very keen DIYer trust me I notice these things and I can assure you that there wasn't much to notice.we had a great time and are very much looking forward to going back again.with it's location the town, the countryside, quiet places, historic and family places are all minutes away.

A welcoming hotel with helpful and pleasant staff. On entering the hotel we were met by very friendly staff. We were running late and I had telephoned to let them know we would be later arriving than we had intended but that wasn't a problem. They were so helpful and made a fuss of our 4yr old granddaughter. All these things matter. Dining staff were also pleasant.

This hotel is a comfortable and welcoming place to base yourself if you are touring the area with Loch Ness close by and Fort William a bit further on but a must see location. The food was well worth sampling and menu choice very good. There is a pool area which was very pleasant and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

close to city centre, a great pool, and great value for moneyEasy to walk into city centre. Nice staff. Dinner 2 course only £11! Pool is very good, very recently updated. Good big bed, view out of bedroom was poor, overlooking a flat roof, have stayed in same hotel in four poster room with better view. No traffic noise but the ceiling sound proofing could be better. Definately will stay again. My stay cost the same as the local travel lodge including dinner and good breakfast

Staff friendlinessThis was mainly excellent, although it seemed that the receptionist was very customer riendly. They had charged me twice for meals & drinks, i pointed this out, which was not well received , even to the extent of an apology

birthday treatWent to the Craigmonie for a birthday break in Inverness and felt we got great value for money. Loads to eat for breakfast and although the pool is small it was quiet and so had it to ourselves in the morning. Room didn't have a great outlook but didn;t come to Inverness to look out the hotel window. Inverness is a lovely city with great places to eat. Staff at hotel were all very pleasant and helpful food was great in the restuarant at night good choice. Would most definitely stay here again....little bit of a walk to the town centre but needed the exercise. Beauty salon will be a great bonus
