An excellent Guesthouse, with a fantastic breakfast and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay. It could be said that it is at the far end of the promenade, but, this was actually a bonus because of ample free parking spaces and the walk along the prom. is what you go for anyway!

Our second visit. The high standards have been maintained. Easy parking. New this time was a useful book of recommendations of places to eat out in the evenings - with reviews by guests.

Friendly welcome. Good directions - in easy walk of conference centre. We had one twin room and the double room with King-sized bed. Both rooms were clean and in good condition though the double did rather lack drawer space. Breakfast and service excellent. We had a very pleasant break and intend staying there again.

Easy to find the Guest House from the instructions sent with the booking, and able to park on the street outside. Warmly welcomed and shown to our four poster room with hospitality tray and TV with DVD. Room was clean and nicely decorated. We shall remember the bed, king size and very comfortable, and the breakfasts - lovely variety of seasonal fresh fruit (in our case - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, melon and grapefruit) and well presented and tasty cooked main course. We were well looked after. Highly recommended!

The propriators are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and fresh and cooked to order. We were offered fresh fruit every morning which was prepared the same morning. Every interest was taken to make our stay a pleasurable one. Excellent service.

Our hostess was friendly without being intrusive. She gave us service, information, help, and personal time beyond expectations. We felt welcome and valued - a wonderful introduction to Wales. (In reference to gender: We are a heterosexual couple.)

Fantastic hotel - possibly the best in Llandudno! A very warm welcome from Gwyneth and Phillip. Beautifully furnished, a real home from home. Excellent breakfast - must be eaten to be believed. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be returning later in the year. Highly recommended.

We only stayed one night at the Guest House but we were really impressed by everything. Gwynneth was very lovely and friendly. She made us feel very welcome. The Guest House was very homely and standards were exceptionally high. We visit LLandudno on average once a year and have stayed in several places but would definately stay here again. Most impressed!June & Tony Clarke (03.02.07)
