Hotel was clean ,only a few steps away from where I needed to be. Friendly hotel personnel overall a great place to stay.

Very clean room, nothing fancy. The garden area around the hotel was beautiful and well-kept. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Would stay there again.

The Grand Inn is very comfortable and pleasant. Very convenient to the casino, in the same parking lot nearly, just a short walk through the gardens and your at the casino entrance. We will definately go again and recommend it to our friends.

Stayed AGAIN November 1,2008.Room was very clean & comfortable.Staff at front desk very helpful & courteous.Needed an extra pillow at 1:00 AM & was delivered in 5 minutes.Casino staff very friendly & waited on us quickly.Can't wait till next time.Everything (except not winning a lot ) was very satisfactory!

Roachs in my room 309 move me to anther room right next door to housekeeper .at 700 in the morning very loud woke-up in left the hotel would not stay there .

the rooms seemed plan and didn't offer much for the money. This was definately a lower cost hotel than what we paid for.

The bathrooms are very spacious expect for the mold on the tubs rim. But hey, we pretty much have that in the southern states dealing with humidty and heat. The beds are soft yet firm. The air conditioner works trust me. Slow at first then 4 hours later its a meat locker in there. The tv only has maybe one ok station to watch but if you came to Coushatta you are here to gamble. Overall, I enjoyed it.

The Inn is located just a short walk from the casino. We always enjoy the casino. They have more slots than the Lake Charles casinos and they always give us a gift and some free play. You have to join their club and play before you can get the extras but we are not big players so it can't be too hard. The rooms are always nice and the staff is friendly. It's worth the extra drive to us.
