Hotel was great for business travel. Room was clean and well appointed. Restaurant service was part service and part self-serve which was fine. Food was good. I checked in after midnight and the front desk person was not very welcoming (seemed preoccupied with whatever she was doing on the computer). Would definitely stay there again.

Maid was good. Good view of air conditioners. OK hotel a short drive from king of Prussia and valley forge, room was clean. Good location if you do business with the businesses nearby.

I travel quite often and will say it was a pleasure to stay at this Courtyard. Arrived late into the evening to a pleasant and very helpful front desk. Our room was not only attractive and comfortable but SPOTLESS. The bathroom gleamed it was so clean. I was pleased to know that my guess of this being a new hotel was wrong. Leaving the next day, I left my a personal note to my housekeeping person commending her for doing a great job. I was more than happy to leave a token of my appreciation for a job well done. Having stayed in almost every chain of hotels, it is always a welcomed pleasure to have a nice room when you are traveling. To have a great room that is spotless is the best. Highly recommend the place. Since I needed to leave the next day, I cannot really comment on the other aspects of the facility. If an attractive, comfortable and clean room is what you are looking for, this place is for you. Pleasure to write this review.

The Marriott in Collegeville was a very comfortable,quiet, nice sized room. The location is great with access very nearby to the 422 bypass that will take you further into the countryside or down to Philly and also connects to the east/west turnpike and I-95. While there was food on the property, there were also resturants within an easy drive of about 5 min.

1. Did not get a good nights sleep; it was warm-AC control was a mystery 2. Guest in adjoining rooms could be heard through the walls 3. The bathub surface was slippery making showering footing hazardous

Beautiful hotel. Several restaurants within a few miles. Only a few minutes from Ursinus college. Only disappointment was breakfast was served in the lobby but it is NOT included in the cost of the hotel stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Isolated, no restaurants nearby. This hotel is in a recently developed area and could not be found by my GPS. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful.

Very comfortable bed; nice bathroom with in-bath sink. Ventilation system was somewhat loud and located next to desk. We had a good experience, and would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others.

Cleaning staff was very honest and thoughtful. The rooms were very neat, spacious and comfortable. The house keeper found our daughter’s credit card and turned it into the front office.
