Date of Stay:
July, 2009
The ad mentioned free breakfast. I was disappointed to learn that this was NOT included.

Excellent staff, clean room. Only a few resturants close by. The staff was very attentive and well informed about the area. They upgraded our room without us requesting it and gave us free breakfast in honor of my birthday. The 24 hour coffee service in the lobby was nice. The breakfast was excellent, but it is a little pricey ($9.50). Overall a very good place to stay.

Very pleased from check in time until check out. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with good bed. Will definitely come back.

Single bed room again. Excellent location; easy access to shopping, Bush Garden and highways. Staff are very friendly and the facility is clean. The exercise room is one of the best in hotels I stayed.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Clean, comfortable. Beds were super comfortable for a hotel. Lots of pillows. Down comforter. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeper even left me a thank you note for her tip. Not one complaint about this hotel.

Had a wonderful time and hotel was very comfortable. There was a group that was very noisy in the halls at night. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely return to a Marriott. Have always liked them.

Close to Busch Gardens and Water Country. Air conditioner in room was broken and when asked to move room or fix, we were not accomidated. Faucet on shower would stick so bad that it took a good 5 minutes to turn the water on and off. Room keys malfunctioned twice and had to be reset. Not worth what we paid to stay there.

Nice staff. Dirty. It was okay. Nothing special.

Staff was best ever. Rooms and bathroomswere little small.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was somewhat out of the way of the main Williamsburg attractions. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel room was very clean, airy, well decorated. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing! Everything was great.

Clean, friendly, quiet and just a beautiful hotel overall. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were neat and clean, enough room for a family. There was however, no microwave which would have been convenient for making popcorn or warming up things. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Enjoyed the location - very close to nearby sights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning could have been a little better. Found dirty sock from previous guest in closet. I'd recommend to anyone; it was a greatfor the money. I liked the room set up of king bed and pull-out couch. Very comfy! Balcony was great for checking temperature in the morning. Nice to have an indoor pool available even though it was a bit small. Hotel staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Was very close to Busch Gardens. Walls are thin can hear everything. Not bad for the cost.

I really liked the free computers and the hot tea in the lobby. The room layout is strange with the TV at the side of the bed.

Great location - indoor pool. No free continental breakfast.

Close to historic areas and Busch Gardens. Indoor pool. Clean rooms & refrigerator. The pool smelled very strongly of chlorine, but I guess that keeps us safe! We enjoyed our stay here over my son's spring break (he's a first grader). We enjoyed having the indoor pool to play in along with all of our historic sight-seeing and fun at Busch Gardens (which is only about 1.5 minutes from the hotel).

Check-in/out was effortless. Desk person at check-in was extremely helpful and friendly. Would have liked a complimentary breakfast. The hotel was well situated between the historic Williamsburg area and Busch Gardens. Its location off the main highway was a plus for quietness and ease of access. The facility offered free Internet connection with good connection speed. The room was clean and well maintained with no hint of smoking. The balcony, while small, was a nice touch for an evening chat and glass of wine. In-room refrigerator was nice. Computer access available in the public area near the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and great hot tub by pool! Very nice and great place to stay.

Two queen beds, rather than just double beds. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. It seemed to be upgraded recently.
