The hotel was very nice. The people were very nice and helpful. I loved the swimming pool and hot tub. I swam and sat in Hot Tub and we watched TV.

Comfortable beds. No fridge in the rooms. This was a very clean hotel with friendly staff. However they do not offer continental breakfast.

I stayed here because I have a client in the same office park. I tried to send email through the internet, but found that I couldn't. I have authenticated SMTP at two providers, but neither would work. For a business user, this means no work gets done. I tried working in the lobby, but found that the WiFi there costs, just like the breakfast! Fortunately, there is a St. Louis Bread nearby with less expensive food and free WiFi. I cut my stay short, and spent two evenings at Drury hotels. Much better!

Elegant, safe setting, great service, perfect! Breakfast is not included and is very expensive, no restaurants very close At first, I was disappointed because it was a hotel without breakfast included. I appreciate the convenience of a continental breakfast. I did not want to pay extra to go through a buffet. However, when I got to the hotel, I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated. The rooms were good sized and the bathrooms were very nice. The hotel was in a safe (a little bit out of the way) area which was terrific, too. If I had paid full price, I would not have been disappointed. (I still would have liked breakfast there, though). It was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Housekeeping obviously takes pride in what they do.

The pool, hot tub, courtyard, service and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, super clean and well manicured grounds.

Great service at check-in. The room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. We chose this hotel because it was down the street from Westport plaza, which contained Ozzie Smith's and Pujols 5 restaurants. The hotel was a great value. Very quiet and clean. Perfect for families or couples. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which is uncommon in hotels. The only downside was the breakfast buffet was $10.95 per person and the internet was through a wire, not wireless.

This was a wonderful hotel for the price, but we did not realize breakfast was $10 + per person or $7+ for a continental breakfast. There are restaurants very close by that are much more inexpensive though.

The hotel room was nice. There were no vending machines. The hotel and the hotel room were nice. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was that there were no vending machines. All of those items had to be brought by the 24 hour store they had near the front desk.

One of the worst Courtyard. they rented us a room with unfinished carpet in closet and wet carpet in hallway. The next day i found out that this room supposed not to be rented out, because there was a leak on ceiling day before we moved in. They will not give you refund because we booked through orbitz. I have sent email to their general manager Greg about this, but i haven't got anything back from him yet, so be aware the management problem in that hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the hotel didn't have a shuttle service of any kind. Even though the hotel isn't in a busy area, restaurants or shopping isn't within walking distance. Harrah's casino is nearby, it would have been nice to have a shuttle to it. A lake is also nearby. Would help if the hotel had some kind of map of the things close. We relied on our GPS to do that. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel to anyone...

The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. They only supplied one bar of soap so we had to go out and by soap to use in the shower. The hotel had printed instructions to major tourist attractions such as the zoo, botanical gardens, and the gateway arch. This was of great help to us in finding our way to these destinations.
