I have stayed at Courtyards many times, this one is very tired, keys don't work, coffee very poor. Bad location. Service poor. No real interent connection only lan which does not work.

Convenient. Did not offer wireless internet. It stated that it offered wireless internet and it did not.

The Court Yard Marriott in W. Little Rock was comfortable, clean, and quiet which is what was needed post-surgery. It is the closest hotel to Baptist Medical Center other than the Baptist Hotel which I believe is only open to patients' families (it is also very small). Would recommend this hotel whether recuperating from surgery or just plain old life.

The whole hotel was nice. The hotel was clean, nice and the added plus was no smoke smell anywhere. We also enjoyed the exercise room and spa.

Very nice staff that remembers your name if you come often. I have stayed there for one week a month for 2 years and they still have most of the same staff. Good People

The staff was great. when the AC broke they moved us to a room that had working AC. Our first room was too close to the back door. Love it. Staff was great, rooms clean, no funky odors or stains anywhere.

First stay was okay, since then we needed to take our child back to arkansas childrens hospital. There reservation methods have changed and I received a very rude non helpful person who became somewhat of a smart mouth until I asked to speak to her supervisor. Still they seemed to not have a rate for Arkansas Childrens Hospital patients less than two months after we were there the first time. Something should be done about this.

I really liked this hotel because it was clean, had a small gym, a pool, a restaurant and was located close to our destinations (downtown, etc.) I liked the premium sheets and the bed was comfortable. BUT, the air conditioner kept me up half the night because it was SO LOUD!!! I should have asked for another room and hoped for a quiet night. I would have rated it higher than a 3 except for the noise.

Easy access. In room wired internet access didn't work. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Kids staying at hotel next door were somewhat rowdy which disturbed our sleep. I believe other guest complained but without much success.
