Staff was friendly. The parking was absolutely horrible. Great Hotel, but desperately needs to fix the parking situation.

The hotel was Clean and had a very comfortable bed although we didn't spend much time in the room ,there were 3 of us and it was a little tight quarters. Next visit I definately would order a room with 2 double beds instead of a King with a pullout....BUT the Service was UNBELIEVABLE. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable from having coffee in the lobby in the morning, Lemonade, water & punch in the afternoon and a managers party with entertainment 3 out of 4 nights that we stayed with beer, wine, and a snacks. They provided free shuttle service down town. It was during the CMA Fest and the hotel was sold out but they never seemed to mind doing their job with a smile on their face.

Had a great Conference three blocks away. My wife enjoyed the pool. We both were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are A Number One! This was equal too or better than our previous trips to Nashville. We will definitely go back.

Employees were extremely helpful andwe loved the free shuttle service. The employees were really made this hotel a good choice. My family enjoyed the complimentary shuttle, bottles of water and cookies (which were great!). My niece loved the pool and jacuzzi. It was a good hotel for all ages.

Stayed here while moving my son into the dorm. Parking garage was very handy, Hotel is near lots of dining. Staff was very friendly and competent. Free computer use in main lobby was nice. Cozy bar. Just a very pleasant stay.

Paying for hotel parking is a rip off. I can understand if your using valet. The room seemed old and dirty. The snacks in the market place was overpriced.

I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was comfortable. I didn't really venture out into the hotel beyond that so I can't review other features. The only thing that was a little annoying was the parking. They have a garage for guests but a friend picked me up and there was no where for him to park while he waited.

When I checked into the hotel from the moment I met the valet, I felt welcomed and appreciated for my business. The check in was easy and quick, when I got to my room, I was asked by the front desk if my room was okay. We had a king bed with a fold-out sofa. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The bedding for the sofa was missing a pillow but that was okay since we had extras on the bed. The vanity area was a very small and was the only thing that I was extremely satisfied with. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet, even on a busy corner. There were many restaurants within easy walking and the staff was very helpful and friendly. For the price, I would have expected a bit more space for the vanity area. Even though the room was a bit small, the furrniture was well placed so it didn't feel cramped or uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

Walking distance to downtown if you like to walk. May be too far away from downtown for some people. Overall nice hotel. It was undergoing some construction but it wasn't any trouble for us & they gave us free parking to make up for it. In my opinion the parking should be free all the time anyway.

Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Construction was taking place while we were there. Staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating to us. The room was comfortable and spacious. Parking is very convenient.

The shuttle service was wonderful. Bathroom sink was plugged up. It felt old and a little dirty, but the shuttle service made up for it. I wish they had a complimentary breakfast, too!

They wrecked our vehicle. Still haven't gotten it repaired 4/2/09. We got valet parking. Valet was closed, front desk clerk parked our car, wrecked it and did not tell us until the next day! We still have yet to get our vehicle repaired. Said it was scratched, that scratch is going tocost $$$.
